There's a chef somewhere in there, as opposed to a bunch of cooks - It's one of the few restaurants in Miami that you don't regret eating at afterwards (nothing loaded with garlic / butter / etc).
The meal alone is great but if you throw in a glass of wine and soup of the day or a dessert, you get the full experience.
