  • "Went for Saturday breakfast (opted not to choose the brunch since we would not be able to do justice to the variety of food and the champagne!) Beautiful interior, we opted for an inside seat. Food was good, had the Bistro omellete with spinach and a side of potatoes with sourdough. Nothing exceptional- but nothing to complain about. Great staff with friendly waiters. Would definitely go again (and maybe sit outside to see the boats go by)"

  • "This is a cute little place (OK kind of big place) that offered good food & drink. Great for a family outing, it had just enough style to keep us happy. Waitress was also good when she was there. Service is odd in that we saw her in the beginning & then at the end. The only thing that was awful was the pot stickers. Since 2 of us were having fish (the salmon & ahi) we thought we would try something a bit different up front: don't do it. They were so bad that they took them off our bill -- great move! Salmon, ahi & even the steak was nicely prepared, so we were overall pleased with the visit. Not really on our MUST go to again list, but good enough to be in our top 20 & watching some of the yachters was worth the price of admission :o)."

  • "Its a odd journey to get here as you have to go through the marina security checkpoint then drive to other end.. but this is a nice place on the water... it has outside seating a long winding bar and then an elevated restaurant ... its all open plan, heaters in the ceiling to keep you warm... food is good with a diverse menu from burgers to scallops on risotto, wine menu is also good. I keep saying good..if your a vegetarian and would like anything other than a salad with fries then your only option is alcohol ( not a bad option :-) its surprising in this day and age to see so little for a significant section of the foodie market. Overall a good place to go for bar food, views and a chat... the menu on line is no longer the menu"

  • "The worst service I have every experienced at a restaurant. We were there a total of two hours and never saw our food. We finally paid for our beverages and left. The first round of drinks took 30 minutes. The second round took 45 minutes and they were warm. Very poorly managed restaurant that evening. When we spoke with the manager he did not seem overly concerned about the service. All wait staff (we had three different servers within the course of the two hours) was clearly not well trained. There was one server, Stephen, who did his best to assist us. He was terribly embarrassed. Even with his best efforts he had no support from the other resturant personnel including the manager."

  • "I went on valentine’s day and it was outstanding. The food was perfect and the service was the best I have ever experienced. I did not have to wait at any time. As soon as one course was done, the next was on its way. It was a bit pricy though, but it was a special occasion. I would definitely go back and sit outside next time."

  • "Sunday Champagne Brunch is really good with enough food for an army! Service is also excellent. The server was coming back over and over to ensure that our glass of champagne (well, sparkling wine more precisely) was always full. Parking has enough place for you. Don't forget to get it validated before you go out so it will be free. Only downside: I found the inside very noisy and you can barely hear what your other party at the table has to say... If you get the chance to seat at the terrace, it'd be better with this regards."

  • "A group of 4 of us went to BBB for a birthday dinner while taking advantage of NBRW. Although our overall dining experience was ok, the food was good and our server was very sweet, our first impression was horrible! We started off in the bar for a drink before heading to our dinner table. The young, brunette bartender did not know how to make a Kamikaze and brought me over some pink drink in a martini glass. She continued to argue that I was describing a gimlet (a gimlet does not triple sec like a kamikaze). She had to come back to ask if someone ordered red of black Johnny Walker. Then she came back a 3rd time to ask if someone else wanted Coke or diet with his Crown when the order was for Crown & Ginger. Personally, I wanted to leave."

More like a cook and not a chef, but the ambiance on the water is great and the inside/ outside seating concepts is great. I probably wouldn't eat the food here again, but the bar is really cool the way you sit looking over the water."

  • "The food was just OK and the service was lacking. The table next to us got seated after we did and served much sooner. Our server was a different one though. She just seemed distracted and yet there were hardly any customers in the restaurant to begin with. Also, my Mom's drink - a scotch Old Fashion and it tasted terrible. We had 2 other adults at the table try it to see if she was just being picky. Also, the lamb was overcooked when requested to be medium rare."

  • "There was a good selection of food for the Sunday brunch even for picky eaters. The ambience was perfect for our special occasion which was my mom's 81st birthday. The chocolate fountain is an excellent dessert for the kids. I really enjoy dining with real linens, dressed up staff and the service was very courteous. It is pricey, but it was worth it."

  • "The location, being on the water with windows all around was very nice. We had the clambake for dinner and it was not good. The seafood was all overcooked and tasteless. I have no idea what kind of courtboullion the used but it had no flavour. My husband's platter did not have any potatoes, and when we asked it took almost 10 minutes to bring out 2 boiled potatoes. The desserts, crime brûlée and molten chocolate cake were OK"

  • "Went on a Sunday morning for a brunch. The location is really really nice with a big windowed wall that offers a very nice view. The food is really good and various, from salads, salmon, oysters, to eggs and bacon or sausages, omelettes, pastas, chicken, and a lot more. Really good desserts too with also a chocolate fountain. I had the All you can drink champagne option, and it really deserves the price. It's the best place for brunch I've been!"

  • "WE HAD DINNER RESERVATIONS THAT WERE CONFIRMED BY THE RESTAURANT. WHEN WE GOT THERE, THE RESTAURANT WAS CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC FOR A WEDDING. THEY MUST HAVE KNOWN WELL IN ADVANCE THEY HAD BOOKED DINERS AS WELL AS A WEDDING. NO TELEPHONE CALL, TEXT OR EMAIL FROM THE RESTAURANT. WITH A HUSBAND AND TWO SENIORS IN TOW, WE HAD TO GO LOOKING FOR ANOTHER RESTAURANT AT THE LAST MINUTE. REALLY, REALLY BAD FORM. I WOULD NOT EAT THERE IF THEY PAID ME!"

It's hard when there are so many, but the staff was very accommodating. We had a couple of special needs women and they easily took care of their food. I highly recommend this restaurant."

Everyone we were dining with said there dinner was good, mine however was quite terrible...   • "I had made reservations for two for 2:00PM. My wife and I arrived a little early and were given our table around the time of the reservation. The hostess seated us outside on the patio. Due to it being late in the year, we were sitting in the direct sunlight and it was fairly warm. After sitting down we heard the people at the next table over complaining there was no food left at the buffet, so we went in to check it out ourselves. Sure enough, most of the food trays were empty or very picked over, and there were a lot of people standing around the buffet waiting for more food to come out. We went back up to the hostess stand and told them we would not be staying."

  • "When we arrived for our thanksgiving meal, there were people standing around every available space inside and outside of the restaurant. The hostess informed me that they all had reservations and were waiting to be seated also. It was very loud and no place to stand or sit. We got seated about 45 min after our reservation. The wait staff was very nice but they were way too busy to handle so many customers. The food that was available was ok but there were a lot of empty serving dishes at the buffet. They had no turkey at one point! They even ran out of plates! It was difficult to get to the buffet due to the crowd. The icing on the cake was when we got the bill and they charged us for champagne that was advertised as included!!"
