I had Papardelle in a lamb ragout. We shared cooked spinach with garlic. The waiter was very engaging and interested in our having a wonderful dining experience. The restaurant's location is a little odd, on a street that borders the I-5 freeway, but a truly wonderful dining experience. We had not been there before so we were pleasantly surprised at the lovely decor and overall ambiance. The food was very good. Our only criticism was of the older waitstaff who seemed to not quite get our orders 100%. Baci could benefit by hiring young, sharp professional wait staff. We had reservations but had to wait in the bar for half an hour because the owners kept accommodating regular customers who had no reservations.

This year it was better than ever and was one of the best Italian dinners we have had in a long time and better than any I have eaten recently in Los Angeles. We felt as though we had joined a large extended family.
