The food at B Star is more Pan Asian Fusion. The duck lettuce cups appetizer was delicious, and would be plenty for an entree. The roasted sea bass over spinach was amazing. The bass was cooked tender, flaky, moist, and had a perfect and flavorful crust. The lamb curry was also very good. The lamb was melt-in-your mouth tender. The food is fresh, exciting, healthy and deliciously complex. Lots of choices. We had the tea leaf salad, tacos with ahi tuna, sea bass, fried brussel sprouts, grilled calamari, and dessert. The food is just a good, with an incredible mix of flavors and textures, and it has the same fantastic service. We had the tea leaf salad, brussels sprouts (maybe my favorite dish!), bread, pork and pumpkin stew, and the sea bass. Everything was cooked perfectly and was great. Love the Tea Salad - show at your table included. My favorite the pumpkin pork, although the others loved their dishes as well.
