  • Private Party Facilities: B&B Ristorante offers a unique group dining program that enables larger parties to sample the richness of the Italian table with private and semi-private dining for groups of 9 to 150, making our venue the ideal location for corporate and social functions. The Murano Room will accommodate cocktails and dinner for up to 45 guests, The Lido Room will accommodate a seated dinner for up to 90 guests and the Wine Grotto can be reserved for a private seated dinner for 2 - 12 guests. In addition, the entire restaurant is available for events through full buy-outs for up to 150 guests.

Chef Mario Batali and his partner, winemaker Joseph Bastianich, bring their award-winning Italian restaurant expertise to the other city that never sleeps. B&B Ristorante, features Batali and Bastianich's acclaimed blend of exquisite Italian food and casual elegance that captures the soul of an Italian grandmother dancing with hipsters to lively, classic and modern rock. Located in the Venetian Hotel, B&B can be found at the end of Restaurant Row leading into the Palazzo. B&B Ristorante offers a wine list replete with Bastianich signatures as well as selections from every region in Italy. Many wines will be available by the "quartino" to promote both serious and casual tasting experiences for 'wine geeks' and novices alike. For parties of 2, dining experiences tend to run 1 1/2 - 2 hours, and for parties of 4 or more we recommend allowing 2 - 2 1/2 hours.   • "I did the 6 course wine/food pairing. It was great BUT I felt it went too fast. I wasn't finished with my glass when another would be served and the next course would be introduced. My previous wine/food pairings went slower and I didn't feel so rushed. With what it cost, I would think they would slow things down....a little. Our server was amazing but let 'each' course relish before serving the next...just saying."

  • "I was staying at The Venetian about a year ago and found B & B at a corner I have never passed through. Cancelled my other dinner reservation and decided to give it a try. I ended up going three more times. This visit, a year after, they still know me making my dinner a memorable one. The food s great and the menu is somewhat adventurous, however it is perfect. The ambiance is nice and the service superb. A must for any visit to Las Vegas."

  • "The lamb Orecchiette was just wonderful, but the lamb chops were only OK, not exceptional as I expected it to be. My wife is still raving about the beet salad and the Parpadelle Bolognese. When I get a chance to return I'll stick with the pasta dishes."

  • "We were expecting great things. The drinks were very good, salad was fine. Gnocchi--okay but nothing special. Pancetta-wrapped pork loin was tasty but only due to the pancetta. The stringy, jerky-like, shredded lamb shoulder was a serious disappointment. The marscapone "creme brûlée" was wonderful. All in all, a disappointment, but with some good spots."

  • "We ate there for my 60th birthday. It was awesome.The wait staff were the best. Any question was answered with an explanation I could understand, and they knew how everything was prepared. I thought they could be the chef. The only thing missing was Mario himself. Thank You for a wonderful birthday."

  • "I love the cuisine at this place. One of the best in Vegas. And the array of unique Italian wines is interesting. The only downside for me is the noise. The music can be loud, boisterous, and distracting. The selection of aggressive rock music undermines what would otherwise be good ambience. With a little attention to the right kind of background music the place would be more relaxing and even romantic."

  • "We went to B & B for our anniversary and selected the pasta sampler, which consisted of a seven course meal. Five pastas and a pre-desert and desert. We did not do the wine pairing, though the wine that was suggested for the meal was fabulous. The meal was unbelievable, each course was described by the server and you could taste every ingredient. We will definately go back when in las Vegas."

  • "I can't say enough about This resturant. Despite a dinner reservation that ballooned from 4 to 9 in a matter of minutes the staff were only gracious, responsive and accommodating. The food was over the top as usual. Sardines were spectacular, the octopus was some of the best I've ever tasted. Everyone at the table was saying, "you have got to taste this." and passing food around. In fact there was a round of applause at the end of the evening. "

  • " I just finished dinner at B & B at the Venetian in Vegas and the experience was outrageously terrific. The food was spectacular, lamb chops and rabbit, but the service really stole the show. Our waiter, Gregory, seemed as though he just left culinary school. His recommendations were spot on and his attentiveness was best in class. Georgio, our sommelier, recommended a 2004 Brunello that not only paired superbly with our main course but could have been the best wine I've had in the last 10 years. I will certainly be back and look forward to enjoying Eataly when I am im Chicago in June. Thank you for a fabulous evening and I look forward to many more!w"

Our overall experience at B&B was awesome - from the maitre'd, the waiter and servers, the sommelier, what can I say, the food. This was a dining experience our group of four will remember for some time to come. The star of my trip to Vegas. I'd wanted to eat at a Batali restaurant for years and was so glad I could make it happen. I wasn't even remotely disappointed. Thank you."

  • "Were first couple to be seated, there was ONE person in the entire restaurant and they seated us next to her. Thankfully she left in 5 min but another couple came in and they proceeded to sit them within 2 feet of us. They complained and refused to sets there sighting an empty place. You would have thought the staff got the picture but within 10 min they did it again! Our main waitress was very cold and standoffish, expect more for a 400 dinner."

  • "Johnathan was our server, I have never had a more knowledgable server anywhere! He knew every dish and ingredient. Service was prompt friendly but not intrusive. This is not a cheap place to eat but the food is very good.salumis are made in house we had the barrata which is a more runny version of buffalo mozzarella and the coypus appetizers both very good the chefs amuse bouce was a chickpea on toast which was excellent. We split the lobster pasta dish as our secondinitbtoonwas excellent. We had the veal chop and the Branzino as our mains both great.Rosso di montalcino as our wine bill came to a bit over 400 including the tip. Dessert was great just the small little chefs samples fabulous"
