A word from B&B Burger and Beer - Las Vegas
B&B Burger & Beer is a bright, casual restaurant in the Venetian Hotel Casino. The space boasts a 2,000 square-foot, 75-seat outdoor patio facing Las Vegas Boulevard. In true Batali & Bastianich form, the atmosphere is trumped only by consistently delicious food. To that end, the menu at B&B Burger features local ingredients including dry-aged American beef for burgers, served on a perfectly charred bun, plus signature sides, robust salads, and standout shakes. The beer-driven beverage menu spotlights beers from Las Vegas and other local craft breweries.

B&B Burger is B&BHG’s 6th collaboration with Las Vegas Sands, including three restaurants in Las Vegas (B&B Ristorante and OTTO Enoteca Pizzeria in The Venetian; Carnevino Italian Steakhouse in The Palazzo) as well as two properties in the Marina Bay Sands Hotel Casino in Singapore (Osteria Mozza and Pizzeria Mozza).

Very straight forward casual place. Conservative decor, uncomfortable chairs. Fried oysters $9 they were cooked perfectly and very fresh. Burgers $9-14 were cooked perfectly, had excellent flavor and were delicious. for 2 people Fries were hot and salted but nothing special. Beers $8-9 a bit pricey but I liked mine from Ft. Collins. Total bill for 2 people $70.26 ( 3 beers, 1 app, 2 burgers, side fries, grill cheese) I would definitely go back to get another burger as that was the highlight. This was way better than G.R. Burgur

We visited B&B Burger and Beer on our last night in Vegas for a quick meal before heading to the airport. There was really nothing redeeming about the experience. We started with the fried pickle appetizer. If there was a pickle in the glob of oily dough, I couldn't find it or taste it. The pickled peppers on the side had an odd flavor and did nothing for the overall plate. Both my husband and I ordered burgers. While the meat was cooked as expected, my burger was so overwhelmed with cabernet mustard, the taste of the meat was completely overpowered. My husband had the same experience with jalapeno pesto. On the side, we ordered fries...undercooked, greasy, completely lacking any crisp at all. As we tasted each item, we let the server know we were dissatisfied. He reported to the manager and they comped some of our meal, however the manager never bothered to stop by. B&B, your food is simple and should be done perfect, every time.

Having spent 4 days in a great food city, B&B did nit meet my expectations. Perhaps they were higher with the Batali name. Service was okay, we did not assume much as this was a casual dining venue that features burgers. The view was great, we sat on the patio and were entertained by the gondola's from the Venetian, cute little pair of ducks and people watched. The food was disappointing, the onion rings were bland and fries lukewarm. The burger was ok, the meat was pretty tasty, and temperature of the meat was great but muted by the cold toasted bun but bread to meat ratio was overwhelming. I love burgers and usually try great burger joints during my travels, can't say this place has the wow factor, too bad....should have cabbed it to in & out burger off the strip.

We dined here at lunch on a Sunday during football season. No wait for a table and our service was outstanding. The beer list is not overwhelmingly long but easily has something for everyone. Menu also not overwhelming in regards to wide array of choices, but you're dining here to get a burger. Both of our burgers were cooked to perfection and delicious. Interestingly, depending upon your seat - there is a perfect view of the sports book at the Venetian and all the giant tv's so you don't have to miss any of the action. Also has great outdoor seating with view of the gondolas.

I would not recommend this restaurant at all. The food was good but you can get food just as good with much better customer service almost anywhere else. Our waiter was rude. He ruled bus through the ordering process and was very condescending. About the only time he was at all friendly was when he handed us the ridiculously high bill. He was probably expecting that he new found politeness would reflect in a higher tip. It didn't.

We arrived for our 1pm reservation to a hostess that looked less than thrilled to be there. Once seated, we had what we thought was our server take our drink order and 15 minutes later our water and diet pepsi arrived. A different server came to take our order and shortly after another came to ask if our order had been taken. Our food arrived 20-25 minutes later (bar burger and chicken hero) and it was delicious. It's a shame that the ambiance and service were less than stellar because the food was great. When waiting for the food, a large group had left because they were split up in booths and were not given a table and other diners looked a bit impatient. Wait staff was scattered and did not appear organized.

Don't waste your money here. Four of us came for a quick dinner. Two of the burger were so over spiced they were barely edible. The only one of us who was satisfied with the food had the eggplant parmagiana sandwich. What does that tell you? Also, for $14.00 for a burger, maybe throw in a few fries. As to service, waiter seemed more interested in watching the football game than serving us. When we asked about the overabundance of hot pepper on two of the burgers, he never asked to get us something else or re-make it with lighter seasoning. As to atmosphere, there is none. Steel chairs, barren tables and a bunch of TVs all with exactly the same thing on. I love Mario's Carnevino, but this place is an embarrassment to Mario's name.

We visit Las Vegas a few times a year and we look foward to visiting differant resturants. We don't mind paying for good food and good service. This place had average food and poor service. Our waiter threw the menu at us and the maitre’d had to come over to get us another beer. Come on now if I am paying twenty bucks for a burger I expect some good service.

We sat outside over looking the canal in the venetian resort. Our waiter was outstanding and very tolerant of our noisy group of 10. Most of us had burgers and raved that they were done to our desired liking. Two people had the pulled pork and said "very good". One person had the Pastrami gyro and raved. The homemade chips and onion rings are great, too. My nephews said their milkshakes were very good.

Food is good, good burgers and heroes and reasonably priced, definitely for vegas. Our server was nice and knowledgeable but he was basically doing the whole terrace on his own, undoable. The hostesses were a joke with absolutely no overview or skills. The restaurant was completely empty inside and this did not make the interior look good, it looked somewhat cheap. The terrace however is very nice! Once again the burgers were great, especially my drivethrough one but the service needs work!!

I had the really good burger and it totally lived up to its name. The only issue I had with this restaurant was that our server was very rude to the people seated next to us and quite curt with my husband and me. He was too busy taking photos and conversing with another group of diners that he seemed to know. The guy who refilled our water constantly did a fabulous job and should have received the tip instead.

With gourmet burger places popping up all over and many of them very delicious I was hoping this would be another one that I would want to revisit- it's not. We dined on a Friday evening and the place was as quiet as you'll find a Las Vegas restaurant. There were very few tables yet the server was very inattentive. As we ordered he never made eye contact instead looked around like he was bored. Maybe that is why the chicken wings ordered with ranch came on a bed of blue cheese. They also were the size as if they came from chicks not chickens. Probably the worst wings I've ever had. Burger and French fries were good. Onion rings were very greasy. Server had to redo check three times to get it correct. I don't recommend this place.

I hate writing bad reviews and usually don't pay attention to those who do, but I spent $64 for two beers, two burgers (no fries) and one garden salad. It was pretty good but I can get the same elsewhere for much cheaper. I expected Batali and Bastian to have really created great burgers for $15 on average. The place itself is rather plain. Clean and spacious but nothing outstanding at all. Good service. Overall, this could be a good b&b place if it wasn't overpriced.

We absolutely love Battali's restaurants in Vegas, particularly B&B and Carnevino. We were looking forward to trying this new casual spot from our favorite team. Everything about this place was disappointing. Lousy service (i dont think our waitress cracked a smile; she looked miserable). The burgers and fries were mediocre. Not terrible but not what we expect from the b&b team. Very basic menu. No particularly unusual burger, no sweet potato fries or interesting sides. The beer selection was nothing special (bud at a beer garden really?). The space is ordinary and loud from the casino and sports bar noises. Perhaps this place will get better but we dont have a need to come back anytime soon.

During my trip to Las Vegas this time I ate here three times; twice for lunch and once for dinner. The burgers were incredible. I would not recommend the fried pickles - they are over-breaded and you barely taste the pickles. The burgers and beer were a bit pricey, but I suppose in line with any other good food on the strip. Bartenders were awesome - very friendly and provided great service. Although I personally did not try the onion rings, three people at my table for dinner shared an order and all three said they did not care for them (most said they were too salty). Final note - great burgers :)
