This is simply outstanding in every aspect. The location is breath taking and the facilities are beautiful. Azuridge has a set menu that offer you 3 options for each course. We selected the seafood for the first course and it was excellent. The crab cake was the best that we ever had. The bisque was the second course and it was very flavourful. For the main, my wife had the tenderloin and she loved it. I had the lamb and it was the best that I had ever had. The service is fantastic and the staff are very friendly. We were given a tour of the facility. We can't wait to go back!

Chef Yoshi Chubachi and his culinary team show why Azuridge is moving to the top of the" must dine list" for many foodies in Alberta. The food is creative and beautifully presented with harmonizing flavours, none over powering but enough variety that you are working your mind to figure out that what that little hint of something is. Service is professional friendly and they are very well trained and very informed. Over all a great experience for dining in a quiet wonderful place for an escape the city night out.

Our anniversary meal at Azuridge was fantastic. Service, food and drink were all wonderful. Our three course meal (2 options for appetizer, 2 options for soup & about 5 options for dinner) was just the right amount of food. The seafood appetizer (scallop, prawn and crab cake) the crab cake was both our favorite, as was the ratatouille soup. Both were so so flavorful. The crab cake tasted of coconut. My husband had the steak and I had the tenderloin. Both were cooked to perfection, so tender, no steak knife required! Beautiful Presentation, a perfectly timed meal. The first two dishes came out quickly, a bit of a pause between entree and dessert. The view from the two storey wall to wall windows was amazing. A memorable evening.

Classically trained chef Yoshi Chubachi has reached many pinnacles in his career and yet he innovates again with each new menu he brings to the table. Elegance is de riguer, taste and respect for ingredients are fundamental and beauty and creative novelty are never lost. Chubachi never tires of reaching for perfection and yet instills fun and whimsy when possible. Here is the master gem cutter. Alberta's food and produce are his current stones to polish. Jewels grace the plate. Try the Wagyu beef, enjoy the surprise amuse bouche and palate cleanser, have dessert!

The scenic drive took us away from the hustle and bustle of the City to a secluded retreat. The timeless modern chalet décor was the perfect setting for a pampered dining experience with every course prepared by the true artisans in the kitchen. The three course meal had something for everyone. After a wonderful dessert and sunset, we topped off the evening with a climb up the water tower see the evening alpen glow over the Rockies as evening settled in over the Foothills. All in all, a Mothers' Day we will never forget.

Went for dinner on Saturday, May 3. It is such a beautiful drive and location back in the rolling hills of Priddis. Views are incredible and so many deer were out and about during the drive to the restaurant. Concierge was great and came to the car with an umbrella to take my wife to the front door as I went to park the car. Service was white glove and very attentive throughout our dining experience. Food was very tasty and well presented. We would definitely dine here again.

We booked the restaurant at Azuridge to celebrate a special occasion. The whole evening was faultless - superb venue with wonderful views out to the west - there isn't a bad table. Service friendly, attentive, helpful, unstuffy - clearly very proud of the venue and the chef and rightly so. I honestly think it ranks in the top five meals I've eaten anywhere in the world. We all thought the food was superb and represented great value. We had the opportunity to see some of the guest rooms and function rooms and all were beautifully appointed - luxurious without being fussy. This was our first visit and we hope to go back often.

What a gorgeous place for a special occasion, girls lunch or Sunday brunch! Went for lunch and had the first taste of their new midday menu. The menu is limited but the quality wonderful, particularly the Alaska king crab dish. Desserts were exquisite. Pictures had to be taken before we touched either of the two desserts. Save some room to try one. Azuridge is about 40 minutes from the city, but a beautiful drive on a sunny day and well worth it.

Our experience included the rather lengthy drive, which is fine, as the destination is worth it... however, we booked in for our anniversary on Feb 16th and were not informed until we arrived that we were going to only be offered the Valentine's menu. This menu was $125/person rather than the standard menu's $85 per person. Advance notification would be nice since the expected $200-ish bill turned into a $350-ish bill pretty quickly. Food was excellent, although I'd say to the chef that you don't need to put truffle oil on every course. My tenderloin was cooked to a medium, rather than a medium rare - or as I prefer it - rare. I wasn't asked how I'd like it done. I would go again, but this time confirming it was to the normal menu.

I took friend to Azuridge for her birthday and we had the three course dinner. Outstanding service, accommodating to dietary restrictions, restaurant ambience is sophisticated comfort , staff members more than lovely. Jimmy-Lee the Director of butlers was wonderful when my vehicle could not make it up the snowy hill and I thought we had no option but to cancel but he promptly sent one of the staff to pick us up. Food was perfection; Chef Yoshi has put great thought into every dish and the presentation of the dishes. I would highly recommend the scallops and bouillabaisse. Winter months I suggest booking an earlier reservation so you are able to truly experience the spectacular landscape that is Azuridge.

After a bit of a drive (GPS navigated us most of the way)...turn left at the Azuridge sign and keep going on the road, over a bridge, cattle gate and you will arrive on the right side...our first sighting was three white-tailed deer munching away. The grounds are beautiful and would love to stay overnight to enjoy the entire experience. We were greated at the door and the service for the rest of the evening was fabulous. Food was top notch, flavourful and we were the first to try out the new menu. First course mushroom soup was tasty, second course King crab cake...not a seafood fan but I devoured this, third course AAA tenderloin was very tender and sides were plentiful. Overall a great experience and definitely will dine there again.

The food was very good however, we waited very very long time for the appetizers to be served, even though the restaurant was half empty. Likewise for the main course. We asked if we could get bread, crackers, or anything else while waiting, but apparently they don't serve those. Have to say that the server was very attentive and constantly filled our glasses with wine and water. The portions, once they were served, were very small. So at the end, the whole experience was a bit disappointing. We came home and had a sandwich for dinner. Too bad. It's an amazing place and has great potential.
