  • "We took advantage of the Thursday night surf and turf special (a $70 entrée for $30) and only drank water and still received the highest level of service. The add on side dishes were amazing, we had the roasted veggies, brussel sprouts with bacon and horseradish mashed potatoes. My boyfriend said it was one of the best pieces of lobster he had ever had. Overall the meal was a little salty (which I like, others might not). We were in a less crowded area of the dining room but never felt ignored. Not only our server but others checked in on us and offered refills. We were treated like royalty and had a bargain meal. I ate at a comparable restaurant down the boardwalk a few weeks ago and this was significantly better in all ways."

Our waiter was wonderful. We had a bacholerette party and he surprised us with a dessert plate with cookies, a candle, and congratulations written in chocolate. We had a wonderful experience there."

And it was a small pour so therefore we were done our wine before each course arrived, which at the first course we asked for more wine so I would have thought that would have made they to time it correctly.   • "Revel Hotel Atlantic City NJ , where the Azure is located, is as expected a large very modern pretty hotel but a big FACTORY. Made a restaurant reservation at Azure in advance of stay hoping it would be a classy place to have a dinner with my wife. IT WAS. The restaurant is by far the best thing in the hotel. Food and service very high end. The prices as expected are also high end, but one has to expect that in advance. Wine list is incredible. Food quality and presentation outstanding. Our Wait Service person Jesse was very attentive with the right amount of charm and laughter that you would like very much. Will go back again when in the area."

  • "My husband and I had dinner to celebrate my birthday. We started off with shrimp cocktail as the app, it came out with 5 decent size pieces of shrimp. For dinner i had the scallop entree which was served over some vegetables. My dinner was very good and the scallops were cooked perfectly. My husband got the surf and turf special: 8 oz filet and lobster tail, they offered it for $29.00 We should have known at that price point that it wouldn't have been the best quality meat/seafood. The steak was cooked properly but both they steak and the lobster were bland, and you could tell it was poor quality meat. We had the cheesecake for desert which was really good. Service was attentive, all in all good experience, just not the best quality food."

  • "PROS: Lobster cocktail, Deconstructed Caesar salad, table-side Branzino CONS: Due to gluten allergy, we ordered Chilean sea bass with no accompaniment and fish was not seasoned AT ALL (salt & pepper is a reasonable expectation, no? Manager confirmed that when ordering fish with no accompaniment, it does NOT GET SEASONED.) Serving of both raw bar and salads at the same time (6-minute egg was affected). Branzino still had some bones even though it was de-boned. Having management tell us that we were wrong in the ordering of the food and expectations for first two courses. The first two courses (albeit served together) are the only reason why I'd give it two stars, but would probably not go back."

The first two times we were there it seemed Like it could have been termed romantic-like but the last time the place was Packed and the volume was pretty loud.   • "We had reservations, when we arrived the hostess asked if we wanted to wait a few minutes for one of the best tables. Of course we did so we went to the bar. The bartender was very nice and made us a specialty drink, Before we could finish our table was ready. A very nice corner booth with a lovely view of the ocean. We ordered Champagne and Surf and Turn....OUTSTANDING. We eat out often and were very impressed with the meal. We both agree that it's probably one of the best or at least top 5 best meals we've eaten. Can;t wait to return in a few weeks."

  • "When my husband and I first got there, we were dissappoined at the noise level and the distance between us . It is a very loud restaurant. We turned the table to bring us closer so we could hear ourselves and have a conversation. The food however made the visit worth it! The hot rolls are delicious. The Dover Sole is AMAZING!!! not cheap but well worth the experience. The spinach as a side was cooked perfectly. You can see the the vanilla beans in the creme brûlée. The cappuccino came out with a bear face made out of the froth. Expensive night out but well worth the food experience."

  • "Very good fresh seafood with great service. We had the lobster bisque though a bit too much crab for a lobster bisque it was not creamy( tomato base)good. The Caesar salad was simple yet original and split between four even though only two were ordered. Dover sole and the bronzini was exceptionally well prepared and very fresh. Hands down one of the best restaurants in Atlantic city. Chef Allegretti does not disappoint. Chef Alex."

  • "I have dined there several times since opening. Each time the food/service has gone down-hill. Friday nights experience was terrible; I'd never go back. I was seated on time. It was TWENTY (20) minutes before a waiter approached our table. We ordered cocktails. Another 15 minutes passed before drinks arrived. My partner ordered the Filet/King crab combo. I ordered sea bass. 45 Minutes later they delivered our meals. They served me scallops!! Our waiter was HIGH as a kite. Get your act together folks . There is no place for this in a fine dining establishment."

  • "My family and I recently went to Azure for dinner for the first time. From the time we walked in the door until we left the service and attention to detail were excellent. We started with salads and like always, I ordered a Caesar salad. I order Caesar salad at very fine restaurant I visit and this one was the best I have had in years. It had just the right amount of dressing over a large head of Romaine. Included were halved soft boiled eggs, homemade croutons and white anchovies on the side. We all also ordered the surf and turf. My only complaint about the food would be that it was only warm and not hot. The assortment of desserts were outstanding. Our server Nick was excellent and Eric made sure we had everything we needed."
