The food was great and our server was one of the most attentive we have ever had. However, we were quite pleased with our meal. The Caprese Salad was adequate for splitting. The mozzarella cheese was outstanding, however the tomatoes were not as good, but acceptable for the season. My wife selected the Mahi-Mahi, fresh catch of the day. It was paired with oven baked potatoes and a vegetable. She thought a grain rather than the potato would be more appropriate. I had the seafood risotto with mussels, clams and shrimp. It was very flavorful. Good food, although a little pricey, and great service. A little disappointed that there was not a clear view over the water to view the sunset. One big turnoff is that the outdoor seating area is along one of the paths of the hotel, so there is some foot traffic walking by. We were too cold outside and the staff was very accommodating in moving us inside. The lamb was great, especially the sauce! My ravioli was okay. The chocolate mousse dessert was absolutely wonderful. Those who had the strawberry tiramisu raved about it. Nancy, the waitress, was very attentive and accommodating. The pasta dinners are made with fresh homemade pasta and it clearly shows the chef pays attention to detail.
