"Food was all delicious esp. the crepe cake and a very good deal on the fondue.
We never received our "girls night out" complimentary Chocolate Shot and a Belgian Chocolate Covered Strawberry bummer!!
The bus boys were terrible--they came to our table and interrupted our conversation to remove glasses and plates three different times, blatantly reaching in front of both me and my friend--once I can understand, but three times? We were there for less than 2 hours. The busers need to be more conscious of the customers. Our female server and the guy she was training were great though, as was the man who sat us."

"Had a great time. Perfect for a girls' night out. Cheese platter, some appetizers and finish off with dark chocolate fondue - YUM. Rasberry chocolate martini was the bomb. Service was great and food was great."

"The mood was nice thanks to the interior design of the place and the young crowd. I haven't anything negative to say about the service either. I got my red wine served in a big glass - perfect. However, what made this experience less pleasant was simply the food. The chefs here really need to work a lot on taste and texture. The quality was not even average in my opinion. Nice chocolates to round the meal of though. Ayza is fine for wine and chocolate as the name suggests, but they need to work on their food."

"Really enjoyable experience! Loved, loved, loved the chocolate wine!! Small portions, but it was fun ordering several things to share, and there was room was dessert. Service was friendly, knowledgable and attentive. Hope to go back soon!"

"We enjoyed Ayza very much. We were there early, so it wasn't crowded, and the service was very attentive, but not overbearing. I would not recommend this place for someone who is looking for a large meal, because that is not what this place is. However, it is wonderful for an extensive wine list, and small plate appetizers. Also, the desserts and chocolates were very impressive!"

"Cheese plate was good but limited in its accompanying condiments. My wife's first glass of wine was old and had to be exchanged. The chocolate truffles on the menu were fair and nothing to rave about. The service was excellent. She knew everything on the menu and was able to explain in detail everything on the menu."

"What a delightful wine & chocolate bar with 5 star service, wine and food at reasonable prices. We were most impressed with the extensive wine list; knowledge and friendliness of the server staff; superb kitchen; and superior ambience and feel of the restaurant itself. Ayza is now on my list of top restaurants for NYC and I will be visiting it again on my next trip to the Big Apple."

"My Fiancee and I rarely have a chance to go out. This was one of the best dunung expirences I have ever had. The food was creative tincredible. So romantic and we spent almost 3 hours there and the price was so reasonable. Looking for a great evening with your signifigant other this spot fits the bill."
