"Outstanding service. We were greeted immediately and escorted to our table. We requested a booth and were given one. The food was excellent and our waitress was outstanding. We will definitely be going back!"

"OVERALL OUR VISIT WAS VERY GOOD. LOTS OF FOOD CHOICES AND FOOD WAS HOT AND COLD AS NEEDED. MOST OF THE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT WITH ENOUGH CHOICES FOR EVERYONE TO PICK AND CHOOSE AS THEY WANTED. ONLY FOOD COMPLAINTS WE HAD WERE THE AU JUS WAS NOT AU JUS BUT GRAVY. IT TOOK AWAY FROM THE PRIME RIB. MOST OF US DID NOT FINISH THE PRIME RIB AS WE LIKE THE AU JUS TO BE MORE LIKE A BROTH. ALSO THE HORERADISH SAUCE HAD A BIT TOO MUCH PAPRICKA IN IT SO WE COULD NOT EAT AND ENJOY IT. THIS WAS THE ONLY FOOD COMPLAINTS WE HAD.
WILL DRFINETLY BE BACK THANKS"

"We attended the Easter Brunch and were "wowed" by the overall experience!! The staff were all smiles, attentive, respectful of the customers walking thru to the brunch lines. Food was fantastic as always!"

"While the food is good, this isn't a great spot for brunch. The layout for the brunch items didn't allow you choose your food without a hassle. The plates were so small you needed to keep trying to get in the line (food was in the small area of the bar). We even had to ask several times for silverware to eat apparently even though it wasn't that busy...they ran out of utensils! They had a chef making omelets however we had to ask our server several times how to order, apparently you needed a card to be completed that only the server could give you. The food was good as Axels is known for however, trying to actually get the food was the problem. Thank god the wonderful eclairs didn't need utensils...they were the best."

"We attended for the Easter Brunch. It was too busy, the food was only so, so. The wait staff were overwhelmed with the number of tables (even though they were just getting coffees, omelots and refresh soft drinks). The turkey was a turkey loaf as was the ham. It would have been nicer to have had roasted turkey and a spiral cut ham. The Prime Rib was tough. For the price ($25.95 per adult) I felt that it was overpriced for what we got. Other trips to this restaurant for special dinners is usually a much better experience."

"I was very disappointed with the Easter Sunday Brunch. We were seated on time and our servers were prompt in taking our drink orders. However, the rest of the experience was not what I was hoping for. The hot food was warm at best. Everything was not labeled for easy identification, e.g Eggs Benedict which I was hoping to have. Did not see until someone else opened the cover and identified them. The price was way out of line for the quality of food and service. I realize it was a busy day however, I will not return for another brunch!"
