I liked the warm, colorful décor that boasts of several different dining areas, as well as a bar and lounge spot. The servers are friendly and attentive. I found the food to be fresh, with a bit of a lighter twist than traditional Mexican cuisine. Authentico serves the usual Mexican food (tacos, fajitas, etc.) but also adds its own special touch to shrimp, scallops, salmon, tilapia, steak and chicken dishes. The seasonings are perfect. They have many gluten free options on the menu and gluten free chips. I had some scallops that were amazing!
