  Have dined several times while in Austin to take my family somewhere special. The seafood is always fresh and innovative. Spectacular and attentive service. This evening we went to surprise my parents but our flight was late. I called and spoke to the maitre' d and he sat them initially at a table and started their dinner service. Once we arrived they had a larger table waiting that we quickly transitioned to. They were perfect in managing the situaion and helping us with the surprise. I couldn't recommend the overall experience enough....More

  Visited this place just yesterday and it was phenomenal. If you can super pass the location and parking lot situation you’ll enjoy a great meal. Like they say don’t judge a book by its cover. What I like about Wink is they stress innovation by using fresh ingredients and using a lot of local farmers introducing their produce into the food which it makes a justice. Love the intimacy experience by creating a daily menu + how they experiment with their culinary.   Not a lot of publicity for this place. But, if you want a break from the pretentious, pack them in, very noisy, and expensive restaurants popping up in the newly minted trendy areas of Austin, head over to Carillon. Incredible menu, great wine list, and you can exhale....More
