Aureole - Las VegasUnbelievable experience.From checking in to dessert, unbelievable dining experience. Food was phenomenal. Staff was friendly and very attentive. Definitely recommend sitting by swan court. It's like having your own patio to go out and feed swans between courses. It's also much quieter than dining by wine tower. Pricey but worth every penny. Best meal I had in Vegas last week. Got the pear salad and it was very good. But the blue cheese filet was suberb. We both ordered medium plus and the chef nailed it ( this rarely happens) uber juicy slice of meat. Could have cut with a butter knife. Also got the mushrooms on the side which was the perfect accent.
Will definitely be coming back here next time.

We had a table with a balcony that we could sit outside and watch the swans swim while sipping our delicious wine in between courses. Each course was a delicious and absolutely amazing. Our server was very hospitable and made us feel very special. This was by far the best meal we have ever had in our entire lives. I would be about the "drunkies" in the men's and woman's room as we left. It's the only fine dining place we know that would accept kids, so that's a plus for us. The place is known for wines, but we're not wine drinkers. We didn't feel pressured to purchase wine, but I still felt bad. Nevertheless, we still enjoyed our meals except that they seat us next to a table of most likely businessmen. Our table was situated near the window with a view of the fountain, sky and tree tops. The dining room itself was very modern and elegant. Once I got past some initial confusion interpreting the menu, I found the selections to be very tempting. My husband ordered the caviar to share with me which was impeccably served. My onion soup had a perfectly browned puffed pastry topping which was beautiful and was filled with little bits of foie gras. The steaks and accompanying wild mushrooms and sauteed vegetables were cooked to perfection. And the wines!!! From sparkling to port with desert….wonderful!
