Aura - Nita Lake LodgeTaste Treat for the PalletWe thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at the Aura. We started with the octopus salad and the herb risotto then mains of veal cheeks and pork t-bone, finished off with chili chocolate cake. Every dish was a taste treat to the pallet. The combinations of taste were some of the best we have experienced at any restaurant. The menu has a good menu selection, not too many as to overwhelm, just about right. The dishes we chose were very good. The only complaint I have is the dessert menu which I think could include more familiar choices as it is difficult to imagine what some of the choices are.
