The venue obviously is fantastic to begin with, but Augustine Grill heads the list of resort amenities other than golf of course. The Black Grouper was beautifully prepared. It was firm, but not dried out on the outside; moist and tender on the inside, and perfectly seasoned.
The steak was amazing. I don't know if it was aged, but it was beautifully seasoned and prepared. I haven't had a steak this good since Morton's closed. I'm definitely ordering steak when I return.
Also had the Farm Tomatoes and Romaine salad. Both also excellent.
Drinks are very tasty -I got something called the Tea-Off (vodka & iced tea): YUM!!!
