"Quite simply the best of the best in the valley. I thank Open Table for allowing us to find this gem. The atmosphere and setting outside on the veranda is unforgettable and the restaurants decor is outstanding. The best part however is the food which can best be described as california with a Spanish flare. The Oslo bucco was the best I've ever had and my wife's crispy duck with raspberry reduction sauce was excellent although a bit overdone for her tastes. Best meal, atmosphere and service we have ever had in the desert and we will be coming back.

An added treat was hearing John Tesh perform an impromptu song with the house band."

"We had the best Sunday brunch ever! It was very pleasant sitting outside & shaded. Great service and a very nice guitar player. Multiple choices for a three course brunch. All of the food was wonderful."

"Simply outstanding! We have been sampling the top 10 restaurants in the Palm Springs/Palm Desert area this year. Our parents are snow birds and we come from LA County to visit them on weekends. This restaurant has become one of our favorites too! The service was exceptional, the music enlivening, the large patio open, gardenlike, and inspirational, and the food creative and satisfying!!!"

"Many patrons were VERY elderly- walkers, etc. Outdoor dining was ok but we were put in a dark corner and very hard to see menu and food. It was very weird to walk into a restaurant that was completely empty on inside, look likes a throw back to the 50's, a dining club with a dance floor but no patrons. It is our opinion that this restaurant not be on your list, surely there are many others in the Palm Springs area that are MUCH better!!!!!"
