Aubriana"s is a unique and exciting restaurant whose melting pot American dishes, such as blackened lamb lollipops featuring mouthwatering tender lamb cut off the rack and served with a delcious jalepeno mint gastrique, are sure to keep even the most refined appetites satiated. Other popular dishes include Chef Alexander's Sunburst Mahi directly from our coast's waters and the Veal Chop Saltimboca, which has garnered such praise as the best cut of meat in town.

We pride ourselves in the fact that all of our sauces and deserts are made to order. Among the Chef's specialty desserts, look for limoncello sorbet, volcano island cake, and the unrivaled double chocolate peanut butter pie. Expect to spend $17 to $30 for dinner.

  • "The food was mediocre at best. They were out of entrees by the 8pm seating and were not flexible with food allergies. The lamb stew was lamb chops and the trout did not look as described in the menu. The carrot cake was dry. We could taste the nitrogen on the gelato giving it a metallic taste. Throughout dinner, the air condition vent condensation was dripping on us."

  • "I had the special that included, scallops, salmon, polenta,brussel sprout leaves and I am sure other things, but the presentation was unbelievable. It looked like a beach scene including sea foam and a large clam shell. I should have taken a picture, but forgot and was too eager to dive in. Excellent wine selection. Excellent service. This was our first time and will not be our last."

We have been in Wilmington for 15 years and eat out very frequently...my wife closed the home kitchen when I retired.   • "I have passed this restaurant many times without even looking inside. The patrons of the bed and breakfast recommended this so we decided to try. Upon entering I was impressed with the black tablecloths, candles and the exposed brick make this a charming restaurant. I had chicken cooked under a brick with mixed vegetables which was excellent. My husband had salmon which he thoroughly enjoyed. They also have a great wine list. It is a little pricey but worth it. I made reservations so there was no wait and our table was up front with a view of the waterfront. Our waiter was Hank and he was knowledgable of the menu items and very attentive and friendly. "

The mussels appetizer is very large---included about 24, and they were better than the entrees. The lamb lollipops had little taste and were extremely rare (we asked for medium rare). The coconut cream cake (a huge slice) was VERY dry and unappetizing. "

Nice place and location , the food was not something great , it was OK, my wife and I had the ribeye but it was very salty, my wife could not finish it. My daughters had fish , one had the red fish which she complained it was tasteless the othe had the salmon which she said it was OK. Hoping this post help the ownership to improve food taste so we can go back again."
