Diner Reviews
  • "We had a nice lunch with my parents at a cozy table near the bar. This area is overrun with cheesy chain options like outback & Applebee's so we were delighted to find some place with more character. The food options were generally healthy & well prepared and everyone found something to their liking. The fish tacos were quite good but not anything on the menu worth driving out of your way for. Our server however was outstanding and very attentive. She's was very pleasant & knowledgeable on the menu. Really made the restaurant a place to go back to. "

  • "We decided to go to this familiar spot for Easter dinner, since they were offering a special dinner menu that included ham steak that sounded great. We arrived for our 5:30 reservation and when we attempted to order the ham, we were told that they had run out of it! How does a restaurant run out of HAM on Easter??? That is like Starbucks running out of coffee!!! We did have a good meal of ribs in my case, and pot roast for my father. So, overall, a bit disappointing but OK. This place does get noisy especially when you have a LOUD woman behind you who never pauses for breath."

  • "We went to Atria's for a business lunch because they took reservations, which was great because some restaurants do not. The last thing you want to do is wait in line for a table with your client. There were 5 of us with one person needing to arrive late and leave early. The waitstaff was very accommodating and took our order quickly, the kitchen timing was very good and he was able to keep to his hectic schedule. Overall I would highly recommend this Atria's location, definitely for lunch. "

  • "Nice experience overall. My husband and I have dined her many times and always enjoy the food. This time we both had the ran Mac and cheese which was a Lenten special. There wasn't enough sauce on the dish and it was made to order so by the time we got our extra sauce we had almost finished eating. Service is always good and the atmosphere and noise level are acceptable for evening dining."

  • "Super place to take out of town guests as well as dinning out for special occasions or just dinning out on any weekday. Staff was very pleasant, helpful and very attentive. They couldn't do enough for you to make your meal enjoyable. Will definitely be returning with family and friends. Food is delicious. One of my favorite places to dine plus they take reservations over the computer."

  • "This was my first time at Atria's and I was very pleased with the experience. The staff was very friendly and talkative, but not disrupting. The environment was quiet and the food was very good. The history of the restaurant and other locations is very interesting. I will definitely be going back, maybe to another location, soon."

  • "Delicious Cheddar Burger and Tasty Turkey Burger were two of the favorite lunch entrees in our group of 7. Extremely friendly wait staff."

  • "Did not like where we were seated especially having reservations , you should be seated in the dinning area. The food was good and our service was very good. The noise level is something to be desired. You have to shout at each other to carry on a conversation. We were seated near the bar I can see where that would be a little more noisey."

  • "We went to this Atria's with my 14 month old daughter. Our food was very tasty as I would expect at anyAtria's. But what really set this restaurant apart is the friendliness of the staff. Everyone we came in contact with was great. The chef even brought out a little dish of chopped berries for my daughter to snack on while we were waiting for our food. Would highly recommend."

  • "I love Atria's but the quality in the chicken has declined. It was rubbery and not good. I had the Chicken Piccata. I will probably not order it again."

  • "Went to Atria's for the first time and was so happy with my experience! My sister, father, stepmom, and I all went for an early dinner and made a reservation because we have heard it is often busy. The waiter asked if it was our first time, which it was, and surprised us with a free appetizer of breaded zucchini, which was delicious! I had the spicy fra diablo, which was SO GOOD! The steaks my other family members had were excellent too. To no fault of the restaurant, there was a large party of 10 or so RIGHT by us, and they were LOUD. You could tell the restaurant was trying to shoo them out, but the waiter never asked if we would like to move or anything...which I thought was interesting. However the food and service made up for it!"

  • "The temperature inside the restaurant was VERY COLD. I had to eat with my jacket on and so did my date. To see a guy sit with his jacket on the whole time - that's how you know it's cold in there. It wasn't comfortable because of the room temperature. Also, because the air temperature was colder, then our food got colder faster - so by the end of my meal, my food was cold."

  • "This is the best place for a burger. I have tried almost everything on their menu, and their burgers are my favorite! The only strange thing about this place is that they were turning down several groups that didn't have reservations, yet the whole time we were dining, there were empty tables. So, make a reservation. Also, they need to do something about the blind situation on the front porch. The sun was seriously so annoying to the one side of our table. Our waitress was great though and the food was delicious."

  • "The noise level was so high OSHA would require hearing protection. On top of the normal conversational noise they were playing music in the background to increase the noise level."

  • "Every time we go there, the food has been wonderful, the service has been great. We are greeted by the Proprietor and sometimes the Chef even comes out to ask how our meal was. I would recommend this place to anyone."

  • "We made reservations but still waited 20-30 min. No one seemed to know what they were doing. The bar scene is really loud.making it hard to have a conversation. The area we were seated was cold. The steak on the salad was cold. Would not have a party here."

  • "The Sweetheart Special was delicious despite the fact that they ran out of the dessert for that special. The filet & lobster tail were the best we have had in a very long time! Only problem, being seated by the windows, we were freezing. After a while we had to join the people around us in putting on coats. Otherwise, a very nice evening."

Our server was very energetic & knowledgible of the menu & specials for the day The food & drinks were great & the desert was to die for. The entire waite staff were prompt & curtious. Would highly recommend to friends & relatives to go there for lunch or dinner. Will be returning there ourselves sometime in the near future.."

  • "We had a 7PM dinner reservation. We were promptly seated. The service was very good. The wine list was extensive, although a bit expensive $10 average. The meal was well presented and tasty. We took food home, portions were plentiful. I would recommend this restaurant to couples, young groups, not so much young families, I do think it is more upscale for a nice evening out!"

  • "My husband and I dined here on Valentine's Day. We ordered the bruschetta appetizer which was delicious, followed by salads which were very fresh and just the right size. My husband's prime rib was one of the best he had ever had. I ordered the 8 oz filet with a crab cake, and when I sent the filet back because it was very rare (I requested medium), the restaurant's proprietor personally apologized for my inconvenience. His attitude and approach to customer service was top notch. In the end, my filet was excellent! The dessert was a molten lava cake that melted in your mouth. We both had a wonderful experience, despite the sub-par performance of our waiter. We plan on returning to this restaurant many times in the future."

  • "Went to Atria's for Valentine's Day. Got reservations on line which was very easy to do. Had 2 confirmations in a matter of minutes. Restaurant even called to confirm a few days before. We were seated at exactly 5:15 and had a wonderful waiter. We had the seafood trio, which was fabulous! Portion sizes are great, food was hot and prices are very reasonable. Even had a wonderful desert. All in all it was a great experience, except for one thing, we were seated by the windows and it was very cold, and right behind us was a door that froze us out each time it was opened. I would suggest at the least not using that door in the winter, the windows I don't think there would be a fix for, but all in all it was a wonderful experience."

  • "We live near this restaurant and it has turned out to be a "go to" place for us. Good food and good service. It would be perfect if the noise level were a little lower. Not a place for quiet conversation."

  • "Even the soup appetizers didn't warm us up from the drafty window seats at our table. Food and service was very good as usual."

  • "From our greeting at the door to goodbye at the door, our experience was superior. Zucchini was perfect! Pork dish was exquisite. Crabcakes, outstanding. Nice Wine list. Too full for dessert! Service was impeccable. Our server seemed very happy to be working there, which is rare these days. It's noisy, but the food, service and ambiance overrode the noise. The bar looks like fun even though we haven't tried it. The décor is very classic and cozy. Definitely a keeper."

  • "Every year my husband treats me out to dinner for my birthday and this year I chose Atria's. I had only been there once before for a retirement party and the food was very good!. It was also a nice bonus that I had a coupon for $10 off 2 dinner entrees. When I arrived and we were seated right away. Our waiter John was also bartending and he was absolutely wonderful! Bartending and being a server did not impact his ability to be there when we needed something. It was a great evening. Everything we had ordered was delicious! The pot roast nachos were good, the crab bisque was out of this world, and the seafood trio I ordered was so so good. And the dessert, the limoncello cake was...refreshing, different, and delicious as well."

  • "this was our first experience at this Atria's location - while the meal was good it was not outstanding and typical of other Atria's locations - but what was different was the noise level. this bar is in the center of the restaurant and the noise level from the bar and tvs was noticeable and hard to have a conversation. was not expecting intimate dining but a conversation - yes. thankfully there was not a local sports game on tv (i.e. steelers, penquins or pirates) or i believe we could not have conversed at all. probably would not return to this location of Atrias but go back to their location in Peters Township which we have always enjoyed."

  • "This is the second time we have encountered little bugs flying around us while dining. This time, instead of swatting them away, we actually killed them....thinking, at the time, there was only one. But there were more than one. We weren't the only ones swatting. Both times we were sitting by the kitchen. We will go back but this needs to be taken care of. No one wants to see bugs flying around them while eating."
