  • "Had a very nice experience here. It was very loud and difficult to hear our friends at our table. The atmosphere was lively though and we had a great time. Our service was friendly and fun. The food was excellent and the service, minus the empty water glasses, was good enough. It's location close to Lincoln Center draws a huge crowd."

  • "We have gone to Atlantic Grill since it was O'Neal's. After a slow start, things improved as Atlantic. Now, prices have gone up, portions have decreased. The cuisine is still good and the waters are genial. Quick kitchen. Much too much money now, though."

  • "way to crowded, tables to close very loud, bad music saved by good food and good service"

  • "Curtis at the front desk always has a friendly greeting and you feel you are In a grownup restaurant. The food and service are consistently good. Our favorite place when going to Lincoln Center."

  • "Always a great dinner, great service, wonderful fish"
    Dined on 4/11/2014
  • "Everything about the place - decor, food presentation, quality of fish - is high quality and opulent. Yet, the atmosphere and the staff are easygoing and welcoming. A delight."

  • "Our party of 4 had 3 different, wonderful fish entrees. This restaurant is one of the best we've found convenient to Lincoln Center. The waiter timed our meal so that we easily made our performance."

  • "I went to Atlantic Grill with my girlfriend and it was a good experience. I thought the ambience was awesome and the staff was welcoming. The food was good too. Its a good place for a date. I went on a Thursday night."
    Dined on 4/10/2014
  • "This restaurant is welcoming and the staff is very attentive. If one has any food allergy they listen and gladly check with the kitchen about ingredients in the food."

  • "Great for pre Lincoln Center events, great space, excellent food and service make for an all around enjoyable experience."

  • "We ordered Tuna for three. Ten minutes later we were told that there was no tuna left."
    Dined on 4/8/2014
  • "The menu seems inspired when you read the explanations, however upon receiving our food it was just average. Still good, and I ate every bite on my plate. I was just expecting more."
    Dined on 4/2/2014
  • "Outstanding food and service. The mark-up on the wines is a little steep. Prices appear to be significantly more than 2x retail. No American chardonnay was available for less than $50.00. Most wines are $60.00+."
    Dined on 4/6/2014
  • "Food was excellent and servers were attentive with a good attitude. Pleasant change after poor service at another restaurant at lunch the same day."
    Dined on 4/6/2014
  • "Very good restaurant. Everyone in our party was pleased with the food. The halibut was outstanding as was the tuna. The server was well educated on the preparation of the food. We will return when we are in the area again"

  • "We were told to try this place by friends. Despite having an early pre-theatre reservation, the hostess did not seat us until 6:40. This made our dinner rather rushed; we did not have time for coffee or dessert when the waitress asked with 18 minutes to spare before curtain. The food is basic and unremarkable as well. Overall, just a meal. Doubt I will go back."

  • "We were looking for a great restaurant near Lincoln Center, and this was perfect. Fast and friendly service, and the food was excellent. The prix fix menu had really great options and we all enjoyed our meal. Would dine here again."

  • "good service, nice quiet table was requested and granted. Was a group of 5 on a time limit for a summit meeting and had very attentive service."
    Dined on 4/4/2014
  • "The food is always delicious no matter what is ordered. There are often large groups seated near tables for two and sometimes the noise from the big tables is so loud that it is difficult for two people to compete and have a conversation. For the first time we were not too happy with our server. After the waitress told us the specials, my husband ordered the halibut special. The waitress soon returned to say they ran out of the halibut. My husband ordered another entrée. However, when the bill came we were charged for both the halibut and the entrée he did have. Luckily we caught it. We also ordered cappuccinos and only one spoon was given. It took a while for the waitress to bring another spoon explaining they had run out of them!"

  • "Very close to Lincoln Center and offering great food, service, and hospitality. Our entire party of 4 had a wonderful dinner and fun. Keep up the great work!"

  • "I've been to this restaurant a lot. It was fabulous last time I ate there. However, my friend and I did not have a great dining experience Friday night. The quality is inconsistent. Pretentious host, noisy, waitress was ok, but we told her we had to get to Lincoln Center and needed to be out by 7:45. She forgot and left no time for dessert. Sushi was good, Salmon was mediocre, scallops looked good to me but my friend didn't think they were so great. I'll go back, but I will cross my fingers."

  • "There is a lack of good solid restaurants in the Lincoln Center area. There are a couple of destination places but for a really nice dinner with an interesting menu of well prepared dishes, specializing in seafood this is your place. It does east/west style (broiled filets and sushi for example) and its a large comfortable place. Not about star chefs or high decibels, I recommend Atlantic Grill near Lincoln Center."

  • "This dinner was part of an anniversary evening celebration, before going to the theatre. While there were many empty tables, the particular we were shown to was next to the serving kitchen and clean-up area; consequently, it was frequently very noisy, with lots of dish clatter going on. The food was good, but not as good as in previous experiences there, and the noise level detracted from the dining experience. We'll go again, but will not accept that table again."

  • "we enjoyed the tuna in sesame seeds and chicken and fresh branzino very much. the food was well prepared and the staff is oriented to help you make your curtain at lincoln center."
    Dined on 4/3/2014
  • "service and food have been stellar each time. table makes the difference. Middle of the floor makes it hard to appreciate the chefs efforts. I've had better beet salad, but the lobster roll was delicious as was my big eye tuna."
    Dined on 4/3/2014
  • "This restaurant has one thing going for it--location. While the food was good, it wasn't great. The worst part was finding a decent table. They tried to put us at a small table between two other groups of two. We asked to move to somewhere more private. They moved us to a table whose top was wobbly. We asked to move again. We ended up at a small table with people on one side, not two, but on an aisle with lots of traffic."
    Dined on 4/2/2014
  • "really good seafood, drinks, wait-staff, sound level (in the back room), spacious"
    Dined on 4/1/2014
  • "My only problem was that the scallops were too underdone...and didn't have time to send them back before show"
    Dined on 4/1/2014
  • "We always enjoy eating at The Atlantic Grill. They pace the meal nicely and get you out in time for an 8:00 curtain. Last Saturday night, we ordered an extra side of asparagus and were disappointed to see only five pieces. While the meal prices are reasonable, the price for five pieces of asparagus wasn't reasonable."

  • "Maybe it was because it was the last days of restaurant week, however, the service was extremely slow and the waiter got my order wrong and that prompted another long wait. We waited for our dessert for 20 minutes after we were done eating, even though we ordered it early. We were not impressed. We were not given bread until we ordered, and the fact that the waiter took quite awhile to ask for our order made for an irritatingly long time sitting at an empty table. If I was not with one of my favorite people, it would have been torture. He refuses to go back there and did not put a very complimentary article on his food blog."

  • "I found found the menu very limited and was not thrilled with my choices. otherwise dinner was fine ."

  • "Always come here before going to Lincoln Center. With an 8:oopm curtain arrived before 6:30pm reservation . Didn't get seated till 6:50pm despite assurances. Of course, meal rushed as main course arrived at 7:25pm and dessert never arrived. No accommodation made though asked if we wanted champagne when we sat down and said no to after waiting 40 minutes. The biggest issue was constantly being told everything would be fine when evidently it was not."
    Dined on 3/29/2014
  • "There is a glaring lack of an organizational system as they seat incoming guests while outgoing guests are leaving. After long table waits, despite reservations, you will the get the feeling they are doing you a favor when you are seated, as opposed to making you feel like a welcome guest who is giving them business."
    Dined on 3/29/2014
  • "WENT WITH MY MOM, WIFE AND DAUGHTER HAD ALL AGE GROUPS COVERED, THE MENU WAS DIVERSE ENOUGH THAT EVERYONE GOT SOMETHING THEY LIKED DOWNSIDE IS THE RESTAURANT HAS THE TABLES MUCH TO CLOSE TOGETHER WAS CONSTANTLY BEING BUMPED BY THE FAMILY BEHIND US AN BY WAIT STAFF NOISE LEVEL I LISTED AS DO NOT RECALL BECAUSE I WOULD CALL IT MORE ANNOYING THEN ENERGETIC"
    Dined on 3/29/2014
  • "Seated at a table that was literally at the 65th street entrance, we had to listen to all the arriving customers complain to the host about their table locations. The food was very good, but we won't go back."
    Dined on 3/29/2014
  • "I know it was a rainy Saturday night but it was a mistake to go to Atlantic Grill on Saturday. The scallops were undercooked, the bread not warm. The tables seemed closer together than usual and the loud conversation of the party next to ours made conversation almost impossible so we left without dessert or coffee. The waiters were excellent but the overall experience was really poor. I shan't go there in the evening again."

  • "I have been to this restaurant, and its always an wonderful experience. Great wine, fantastic service, and a good price! What more can you ask--its definitely one of the best in NYC"
