Everyone at this restaurant is friendly and accommodating.
I asked the waiter which cold Saki he would recommend and he said I honestly don't know Saki but I will ask the bartender.
I respect the honesty rather than a hero who just points at the most expensive bottle. The bartender did an excellent job finding the right Saki for us.

The graduation was held at Lincoln Center so it was very convenient--just a short hop across the street. The service was excellent as was the food. I had the special spicy salmon roll and the cod in red miso with vegetables. Everything was fine except that my seat was on an aisle and people kept bumping into me. The cold asparagus soup is fantastic!! The arctic char tartare that I had yesterday was perfection!! Not AT ALL spicy & very delicious. Service was attentive and friendly, food was delicious and they were mindful of the time so we could get over to Lincoln Center. Nothing major - the host still does not recognize our name or our faces in spite of us dining with them twice a month for the past year; the waiter never told us the specials - we heard them from the waiter serving the table next to us after we had already ordered. Our meal was very good - shrimp dumplings, chopped salad always a good choice, simply grilled shrimp and scallops and lastly the 10oz. Filet. First time ordering something other than seafood. The filet was prepared as ordered with the only suggestion is that the accompanying sauce can be a bit more flavorful, the very large steak fries were interesting and surprisingly good. We chose perfectly well by going to Atlantic Grill. We were seated promptly in the rear of the restaurant, a quiet environment. We were served an amuse-bouche of potato-leek soup and it was a delicious precursor to our main course, hazelnet encrusted scallops. They were sweet, perfectly textured and prepared with sliced asparagus, leeks in a very light mustard sauce. Our server was attentive and brought the check with my mint tea as requested. One of the managers introduced himself with us, checking on our experience and offering dark chocolate truffle cookies as a thank you for coming.
