    This was a unique dining experience because you are the chef. The entrees you select are cooked by you tableside in the cooking broth of your choice. At first it seemed that the portions were small but if you order the 4 course meal it winds up being a lot of food! I have read other reviews from diners who complained that the service was very slow but I think it is all a matter of timing. The servers actually spend a great deal of time at each table explaining the menus, preparing the fondues and broths, and bringing any additional items you request. Since there is so much attention given to each table, things can most likely slow down if you choose to dine at a very busy time....More
