  Oysters were excellent, and our server was a gem! The shrimp and goat cheese bignets were fabulous! Clam chowder was "good," but not great. Three of the four of us had the tuna, and loved it. I had the crab stuffed flounder over spinach, and it was divine. All in all, a great first experience at C&S....More

  This was my first time at Strip after all the years its been there and I don't know what's taken me so long! The first good impression was that I received a phone call to confirm my reservation early during the day, then when I got stuck in traffic and called to let them know I'd be late, they assured me I would still have a seat and, sure enough, even 40 minutes late, my date and I were still seated. Our server was great, the sushi and salad I ordered were superb (even though the server said one of their sushi chefs was 'missing' when I ordered!), and the atmosphere was great for a Saturday evening. Not extremely busy, but 'happenin' enough to know we'd made a good choice. I'll definitely go back....More
