Would have given it an excellent but as we dined a couple stood talking loudly to the guests sitting next to us. They stood there for over 30 minutes. We felt the servers should have intervened in some way.

I used to enjoy the Georgian Terrace where my grandfather's sister used to stay, but is ruined by the Mod look. So, I decided to try the Ritz; cant go wrong there. Brussel sprouts for an appetizer were fantastic; plenty for 4 people. The herb biscuits were phenomenal. Chicken quesadillas fed 4 of us. Would like the regular lunch menu to be offered on the weekend.

We were a group of six that went to four with one member of our party being an hour late. The staff was incredibly gracious & accommodating. Food was wonderful including burrata with grilled peaches, seared scallops & grouper. Peach cobbler was only disappointment as it was just okay.

We had a fabulous dinner- the filet oscar was delicious as well as the garlic parm fries and she crab soup (oh yes, and the bread was amazing- biscuits and cornbread). The wines by the glass seemed a bit overpriced....I feel like even at a more expensive dining location, there should be a glass of wine for $9-10, so that is my only critique. Our waiter was great- he was from Jamaica but I do not recall his name. Absolutely a pleasure to talk to and great service. I loved the music that was playing when we walked in as well as the overall ambiance of the lanterns on the wall and cozy booths.

There were people at the Atlanta Grill in tshirt & shorts, but with servers in black tie, you really should be more considerate. Dress nice, but not formal. Business casual is fine. Food was excellent. Atmosphere was perfect. The jazz trio was superb, but they took longer breaks than sets. We ordered 2 appetizers, 2 entreé specials and 2 side dishes (a la carte), 2 drinks, and the check was over $200. If you appreciate above average food and service, be prepared to pay. We were so full. And happy. Very happy.

I totally enjoyed my evening at the Atlanta Grill. It was all I expected. The service was superb from the valet, the hostess seating us, throughout the evening during our meal, and back to the valet. We were celebrating our anniversary. Beautiful rose petals adorned our table, and we were complimented with a delightful creme brulee to share, after a tender and juicy lamb, and delicious salmon, from the grill. I want to return on a cooler evening to dine on the outdoor patio.

We went there to celebrate our 5 year anniversary. The food was good, not great. We ordered a crab cake, ceasar salad, pan seared scallops and brocollini. The cheddar biscuits, crab cake, salad and scallops were good. Just good. The brocollini wasn't good at all. They had a smoky flavor that I didn't understand. The service was excellent and the table was set with pink rose pedals in advance. I probably wouldn't go to that restaurant again. Nice ambience.

If you are staying at the hotel and do not feel like heading out . . . then it would be a good place to dine for dinner. Be sure to come with patience. The service in the evening is painful - not attentive at all & it takes forever to get your food. I had a filet Oscar-style . . . it was horrible. I shared my feedback about the crab and the server challenged me. Horrible. I did eat breakfast and lunch on the veranda and the experience was quite different, which is why I am giving a fair rating. Everyone in our party (5 people) were disappointed with our meals from steaks to seafood. Wine list - very good. My suggestion, if you're staying at the hotel . . . dine in the bar & enjoy the ambiance (beautiful space) with some wine.

Atlanta Grill is always excellent. Their service is impeccable. I appreciate their menu, but wish there was a bit more selection. That being said, it's always very good. During the Atlanta Market, the restaurant is always packed, and I ask for a quieter area because I am conducting business meetings while there. They always accomodate me. Atlanta Grill is a class act!

I had dinner with a friend at the Atlanta Grill to celebrate an important milestone in my life. We reserved the cheater's booth for the occasion - a great choice. The staff brought us candles, rose petals and champagne when we told them our reasons for dining there. My guest liked their soup and vegan meal. I felt disappointed in the salad, but LOVED the filet mignon with crabmeat - highly, highly recommended. I had the baked potato but it was so big, like a small football, that i could only manage to eat half of it. But that is small potatoes - pun intended - compared to the lovely service, setting, and food. I'll go back again and highly recommend it to anyone.

We took our mother here for a special Mother's Day lunch. Although there was a special Mother's Day brunch in the ball room, we opted to dine in the restaurant. The service was wonderful and the seating was excellent. However, the limited menu choice was a bit of a disappointment. Our choices were basically soup and/or salad with our choice of topping. I expected more of a decadent menu for the price.

I was very surprised at the limited menu offered. We were with a guest from South Africa and I had hoped to show him the southern hospitality that Atlanta is know for. The food we received was ordinary at best. The service was horrible. We had to continually ask for water, if we could find a server. The iced tea that we ordered finally arrived (after asking for it multiple times) after our meal was finished! We will not return to this restaurant!

This was my second attendance to a holiday brunch at the Atlanta Grill and once again, it was a great experience. The food selections were superb, champagne and caviar to eggs and waffles- the fresh seafood station had enormous Mussels, Shrimp, Oysters, Cocktail Crab and more. Serving traditional roast Lamb, Prime Rib and Ham and each were delicious and the accompaniments just perfect. The pairings of vegetables and sauces and cheeses and breads- Well what can I say- it was great! The ambiance was spring like, with a purple and gold theme. Free picture with the Easter Bunny and of course, hundreds of deserts including Golden filled eggs of Creme Brule..All in all a wonderful way to spend the Holiday. Live band, great food & service A+++

Very good wines by the glass, with an extraordinary array from which to choose. The salad that accompanied dinner, with just a hint of cayenne, was superb. We would like to give a special tip of the hat to our waiter Vangel, who was the angel on our shoulders for the entire experience.

I took my grandmother there before we saw a show at the Fox. I specifically requested a quieter area since I thought they may have a Jazz band, which they did. They seated us in a great booth and provided excellent service. We were specifically looking for a restaurant downtown that would provide complimentary valet parking so that we wouldn't have to grapple with that and so that my grandmother wouldn't have to walk far. The valet service was also excellent. The food was delicious as well. A great place for a special occasion.

We took an important client to lunch. Not only did they take the food order incorrectly, but also they left my client with soup and no soup spoon after asking. Then, they delivered the wrong food order again. Lastly, we waited 15 minutes for the waitress to take credit card after meeting was over. While I enjoy the Ritz overall, the Service was Far From Acceptable, which did not help our business purposes.

We enjoyed a business lunch meeting for our group of 8. From the moment we arrived we received polite and friendly attention, starting with the hostess. We were seated in a private section, which was a pleasant surprise. The quiet and private setting allowed us to easily have business conversations with all 8 guests, which was outstanding. Our waiters were attentive when needed, but they allowed time for conversation. They also judged our timing perfectly. Lunch was very relaxed and enjoyable, and when I asked that the bill be prepared quickly they reacted immediately. Of course we can't forget the meal quality...everything was delicious! My expectations were exceeded in every category.
