"It felt as if they were rushing us, figured it was late and they wanted to get out of there, but then saw them seat 2 more tables when we were almost done with dinner. Sent filet back to get cooked as ordered and it seemed to be a production surrounding it. Waiter described the Lump crab linguine dish with "mounds" of fresh lump crab, but it came it with barely a shred of crab."

"We went on a Tuesday evening so I'm sure the streat noise was at it's lowest. The food was exceptional, especially the shrimp tizer which was memoreable. I had the lamb chops/Super Fantastic and one of my group had veal shank, wonder as well. Two others had the veal marsalla which as terrific as well. We all took a protion of our meal at the conclusion which is a sign of good portion. The prices are high but the service and food is excellent."

"There was something for everyone in our party of 16--from traditional Italian fare to steaks, lamb and seafood. The calamari appetizer platter featured the addition of lightly battered vegetables along with a wonderful marinara sauce. Several people had the lamb chop special and several the steak special and pronounced both as some of the best they'd ever had. I highly recommend the lasagna. Delicious! Service was timely and efficient. Our only complaint was that our large party felt pretty cramped; however the delicious food and wonderful service made up for that. I would definitely return to Asti."
