This was our first visit, and we were impressed. Tastefully decorated and classical music played softly. Service was attentive but not intrusive; overall pace was relaxed. Food selections were somewhat limited but proved to be really good. My spouse had PEI mussels and shrimp salad, both received praise. I chose Ceasar (not stellar) and chicken orecciette pasta (very flavorful). Finished with Temptation cake dessert (awesome!) over good coffee. Entrees served to those around us looked fantastic. With 3 drinks and tip, slightly over $100. In short would characterize mid-level upscale. Will certainly return and recommend to friends.

Presentation, taste, freshness excellent. Wine parings matched perfectly. Staff knowledgeable and professional. Pace between courses was a little fast--apparently people come in for the four-course prix fixe menu before seeing a movie, so next time we'll let them know our time line. And there certainly WILL be a next time...a gem of a restaurant in the Denver metro dining scene, worth the drive every time. Did I mention there's is ample, free parking? Ambiance can be casual or smart, depending on your mood.

It was my first time visiting Asti d'Italia for dinner and I was impressed. The atmosphere is elegant and welcoming, with warm colors throughout the dining area. I enjoyed a red zinfandel, I can't recall the name but it had an nice oaked nose and flavor. The Caesar salad was an appropriate size for a pre dinner offering, with just the right amount of dressing. For the main course, I enjoy the fettuccine alfredo with chicken and it was very pleasant. The alfredo sauce was a consistency that assured high quality cheese was used. For dessert I indulged on the Temptation Cake, a combination of ice cream and flour-less confection. One other thing, the service was well timed and accomodating, I never felt rushed. A very nice evening out.

Been three times, and each time the meals were EXCELLENT!. Wife has been four other times as well and always raved about the quality of the meals, as did friends. Each ingredient seems to be very fresh and perfectly prepared, with very interesting combinations. The menu is somewhat limited, as their philosophy seems to be to do a select number of meals really well, rather than a large number mediocre. Location, (in the Orchard Mall, near Penney's) leaves a little to be desired, and no view to speak of. Considering the quality of the meals, and the portion sizes, I feel we get our money's worth (and I'm a cheapskate, so that's saying something!). It is now my favorite Italian restaurant.

Waters filled quickly without asking. Follow up with my guest and myself was done on a timely, but not too often basis, very nice. Food excellent.

We had a really nice experience at Asti D'Italia. The staff was very nice. I really liked the ambiance; low lighting, dark colors. The food was good, but pricey. We started off with some calamari and caesar salads, which were okay. The batter for the calamari didn't have much flavor. I had the chicken marsala which was one of the better marsalas I've had. In general, we had a nice time and will probably go back again.

Located in a shopping mall area, I was there during one of the all too common snow storm. 1/2 of the staff said that they could not make it yet I seemed to get there. service for the two (yes 2) tables was so lacking I could have walked out and they would not even have noticed. Not sure about the food as I did not even stay.

Antipasto plate was excellent. Duck gnocchi was good, gnocchi themselves were melt-in-your-mouth delicious, but the mushrooms were dried reconstituted and chewy instead of fresh and oversalted to the point of ruining several bites of the dish. The chicken parmigiana coating was barely seasoned and soggy instead of crispy, but the accompanying pasta was good. The desserts (temptation cake and apple tart) were excellent. The restaurant's a little too noisy for a romantic dinner - booths would help but I understand they have limited space. Our teenage waiter was not knowledgeable of the menu and mostly ignored us after our entrees. It took over a half hour from when we ordered dessert to getting dessert and our check.

Unique approach for a neighborhood Italian eatery. We found our food to be delightful in every way. Our only issue was a delay in getting our entree's, but the place was jammed for 6:30 on a Friday night which could explain the timing issue. The chef comped our dessert to get us back, and we will return. We also joined the wine club which looks like it pays back in only a couple bottle purchases.

The five of us went for the Sicilian food and wine four-course meal. Good portions, swordfish unparalleled. Wine went very well with the food. All food fresh and SO flavorful--chef is very picky: brava! Clean but complex pairings, always seasonal. Restaurant full, and staff hustling, but never made us feel rushed or uncared for. Service is taken seriously, as in Europe--a welcome respite from cheery folks who haven't been trained properly about the menu, ingredients, wine etc. Dress up or casual, family and friends (this time) anniversary celebration (last time)ambiance works for all. One of our few quasi-regular restaurants, and well worth the 40 minute drive from the south side of Denver. Loads of parking, unlike Denver or Park Meadows!

We did the set wine and dinner menu. Good value and a fun, rare, concept in the metro area. Food and presentation good, excellent quality of ALL food, something they pride themselves on, going to THREE local markets for produce. Assert high standards on meat and fish too, unhesitatingly returning a batch of mussels if even one has turned--insuring perfect fish next time. Note" At 144th & I-25, this is an easy drive from most of the metro area, given the freeway network. Loads of parking, and good ambiance. WELL worth the trip.

This area of Westminster begs for a great restaurant and we finally have it! Tucked away in the Orchard Mall, Asti serves outstanding food in a decor that is more reminiscent of that of a large city than a suburb. White table cloths and carpeting create a quiet space perfect for a tete a tete. Although the menu is not vast, if offers an eclectic selection of appetizers, entrees, and deserts along with a generous wine list. My husband and I are delighted to have found this gem and hope that people from areas North of Denver think it is worth looking into. It is the place to go to for a date for both singles and married couples.

We went during the week, made reservations for two- which weren't needed. I don't think there was ever more than 6 tables the whole time we were there. Expected the high prices, but was a little disappointed for the prices on items that were "just pasta" and sauce. It tasted good, but there wasn't much to it. Portions were perfect. Easy to finish the plate and not have to take anything home. Service was good, as it should have been for a seemingly slow night. Some parts of the service came quickly (food), other parts were more slow (drinks and check). Wine selection was nice. We will go back on another special occasion I'm sure.
