Hours of Operation: Open 7 days a week! Breakfast from 7am to 10am. Brunch from 10:30am to 2pm, Saturday and Sunday. Dinner from 4pm to 9pm on Sundays and from 5pm to 10pm Monday thru Thursday. "We have visited this restaurant many times and written many glowing reviews on this restaurant and this last visit, on Christmas Eve, is no exception. Same consistent perfect, friendly and professional service, great food, terrific ambiance. No matter how hard we look, there are no negatives here."

"The food was mostly very good, marred by a creme brulee that was tasteless and heavy, with a crust as thick as an ice-skating rink instead of the crackly sheen it should have been. Staff were very friendly and went out o their way to enquire how we were enjoying everything (except, oddly, the creme brule,e which I left half eaten). We would go back."

"Went to Aspire for Easter Brunch had a 2:45 reservation. The Hostess greeted us promptly and we had a drink in the bar as we were a little early for our reservation. Bartender was very friendly and accomodating. We were sat promptly only to find that the brunch buffet ended at 3pm. Our server Greg was very friendly and told us to go through the buffet line whenever we were ready. The buffet was pretty picked over and by the time we went to get a secod round of food the carving station was unmanned, the soup station was out of soup spoons and most of the people who were working disappeared as well as they were obviously preparing for dinner service. For $35 a person I felt the buffet was not worth the price."

"I had Easter Brunch and was very dissapointed. There were 9 of us in the party including 3 kids. The food was just OK, they ran out of a lot. They promised waffles and there was none. Also indicated that there would be various seafood dishes on menu, there was just scrod and it was bland. We had reservations at 1:45, and they were very slow to refill. Very limited items,not what I expected for a brunch buffet. What really upset me was the fact that waiter never mentioned that soft drinks, juice and cofee not included in the price. We ended up with a $32 bill for OJ alone becuase my 11 year old kept ordering more. I think the waiter could have let us know this. I was very upset. Although the place was very pretty,I'm not sure I would return."

"We were attending a special Easter Service in Providence from out of town and my kids loved our last year's brunch locally so I was looking for a nice Easter brunch. I found Aspire Seasonal Kitchen via OpenTable. I was satisfied but not overly happy with this brunch. For the price, the offerings were fairly limited compared to holiday brunches that we have attended. The service was OK...we liked our server but he was overworked.The drinks (even coffee and juice)were charged separately, which is very unusual. The ambience was pleasant. The food was OK, but not great. We will try Aspire again but not for brunch."

"The outdoor patio which our table looked upon was interesting albeit a bit dreary without flowers this time of the year. Aspire offered a 3-course theater menu which was reasonable and suitable for our holding theater tickets. The restaurant had an intriguing cocktail menu; we were happy with out bourbon manhattan and providentini (clever). My dining companion had excellent chowder and I had squash bisque that while quite good was a bit thick. Entrees were superb in a skirt steak over risotto and a delicate salmon over speatzle and hreen beans. Dessert was a fine creme brulee and a chocolate molten cake. The scoop of ice cream and ample berry garnish helped with the slightly bitter taste of the cake. Service was first rate and pleasant."

"We dined before going to PPAC for a Jazz concert. The food and service was wonderful but it was quite noisy and difficult to hear each other at times. There were only two of us between two larger parties so it might serve them well to perhaps try to put the smaller tables together in a particular section rather than sparsed out among the larger groups. It really was not unpleasant and overall our rating would be outstanding."
