We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at Aspen Grille. We couldn't believe we were in Myrtle Beach! It rivals some of the best restaurants we've been to (in Washington, DC, Charleston, SC, New York, and London.) Wonderful French onion soup, arugula with peach & fresh mozzarella salad, and rack of lamb with a decadent peppercorn sauce (although that's all we had. I'm sure anything on their menu is the best you'll find.)

Spent a great evening with my wide at Aspen Grill. The food was outstanding from the appetizer to the desert. The chef special (tile fish) was some of the best sea food I have ever experienced. My wife's steak was a great cut of meat and very tender. The desert was to die for. Great job by the staff to make the experience memorable.

Best meal we had all week. As we visit new orleans on a regular basis for dining, they could open up & be an immediate success. Need a location in baton Rouge. Price very reasonable for quality of food prepared. Had we discovered this place earlier in the week, we would have been back nightly.

Wanted a memorable dinner for our 25th anniversary and we were in Myrtle Beach on vacation, so we were very happy with our choice. There were so many selections from the Regular menu that I wanted to try but chose the hogsnapper from the Daily Specials menu and, wow, it was delicious. The service was outstanding.

My husband and I celebrated our 25th anniversary on August 27th. I chose Aspen Grille because of the local cusine but also because of the Jazz music on Wednesday evenings. The female jazz singer was outstanding. The fried green tomatoes were crisp and perfectly seasoned. The peach salad was amazing. I had the scallops and savored every bite. My husband had the shrimp and grits. The grits were in a patty form which was different but still very delicious.

My wife and I recently vacationed in Myrtle Beach. One of the highlights of our trip was dinner at the Aspen Grille. I had googled restaurants in the area to see which ones had the best reviews. I can see now why this one ranked near the top. Don't let the exterior fool you even though it is very nice. The restaurant is located in a small strip shopping center. Once inside we were impressed by the elegant decor and immediately greeted. We were early for our reservations so we were shown to the bar and greeted by the bartender who was very entertaining. We were seated early and our very knowledgable server discussed the specials. From our appetizer to dessert our food was sensational. This is upscale fine dining at its best.

This was our second visit to Aspen Grille and we were not disappointed. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but the inside is really nice. The service and food couldn't be any better. It's a bit more pricey than most of the Myrtle Beach restaurants, but it is totally worth it. I highly recommend the Aspen Grille.

We were from out of town and it was our last night stay in the area. We were looking for a nicer place to dine. Upon searching the net and weighing our options (food choices, quality, atmosphere and price) we made this our decision. It was a great decision! We ordered NY strip and the meat was cooked to perfection. The vegetables were cooked with a slight snap to them. Not too firm and not mushy but perfect. The only reason I did not give service 5 stars is we could have used an extra visit to refill our water glasses. We were visited a second time but once more would have made it perfect. We dined on a Friday and was surprised by live piano playing(electric), not sure if this is always the case. The playing was at a pleasant level.

Service(superb), atmosphere (relaxed and accommodating), fantastic food (presentation, fresh ingredients, temperature, taste). Staff were friendly and informed about their menu. Wait staff provided excellent service the entire visit. Started with fried green tomato topped with crab - best preparation of this item I have ever experienced. We had Wahoo (with crab) and the larger scallop dinner - both were top notch. As to dessert, you must have the Key Lime cake or the flour less chocolate cake - both are perfect ways to end your meal. We have been coming to Myrtle Beach for almost 20 years - by far Aspen Grille is the best local restaurant we have found to date.

Everything was just as expected. Food was great, ambience was perfect and service was good. The only small blemish was that it took an extremely long time to clear our plates from the table. Other than that, everything was spectacular. We were even surprised that though we sat there for three hours talking, we felt no pressure to leave. A refreshing experience at a great restaurant.

Excellent food but there was live music that appealed to the older set (as in over 70) so my friends and I brought the average age down considerably despite the fact that we are in our 40's and 50's. I would have preferred piped in music.

The appetizers (escargot and warm goat cheese salad) and dessert were extremely delicious. The scallops entree was neither good nor bad. For the price, we expected better. The risotto and fried spinach, which accompanied the scallops, was fabulous. The surf and turf and lamb chops were very good. We were seated at a table and a very noisy group was seated right next to us...less than a foot from our table. The server couldn't even fit between the tables because they were so close. At one point I couldn't even hear my son speaking to me because of our noisy neighbors. The booths have more space and privacy than the tables. The tables should really be spread out more. Our server was excellent.

Simply outanding from the salad right through the main course. The wine list is exceptional with excellent diversification, the drink list is creative and the service is first rate. This isn't the place for a junk food junkie or someone that is into deep fried fatty foods. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of food you receive at the Aspen Grill, and well worth the trip. I will go back again this week for dinner. Karl g

We found this restaurant in a brochure provided by our resort. My husband & I were on the last night of our honeymoon vacation & were looking for a nice fine dining restaurant to celebrate. The reviews looked good so we decided to try it. We were absolutely floored! The service was great: waitress was informative & attentive, & the hostess greeted us right away. The food was phenomenal! I got a New York strip, which was cooked to a perfect medium rare & my husband got the shrimp & grits, which he enjoyed immensely. The desserts (blueberry bread pudding & German chocolate brownie) were also delicious. Yes, you will need to bring your pocketbook as this is considered a fine dining restaurant; however, it was worth every penny we spent.

We had some really great local fish, excellent preparation and presentation. Fried green tomatoes are outstanding. Wine list very nice, with some good choices, and affordable. This is a wonderful place, quite ambitious, a real find in an otherwise touristy area focused on fast food and family dining. This is a place for grown ups with some sophistication. Service was excellent, attentive and knowledgeable.

Don't be fooled by the strip mall location and modest decor, this place is a gem!! The staff we very friendly and attentive, the drinks were great (my apple martini was one of he but I've ever had!), and the food was wonderful. We've been coming to Myrtle Beach since 2006. We try to have a nice dinner one evening every year, but we've always been disappointed - until now!! We are from the DC area where there are sooooo many wonderful restaurants and are turning into foodies as we eat out more and explore various cuisines and high-end dining. The food here rivals some of the great food we've had elsewhere. I definitely recommend it!!

Lovely little gem tucked into a strip mall offered a delicious and welcome reprieve from the offerings of Broadway at the Beach and the many, many chains. There are not many of this caliber in Myrtle Beach (which can be a fun time, but is generally NOT where you visit if you want an excellent meal). On future occasions when I have to go to Myrtle, I will definitely make it a point to visit Aspen Grille again.

We have celebrated our anniversary here many times over the last 9 years and every times it was outstanding. Food and service again was outstanding. Only complaint was the noise level, especially from a table if 6 women. Their behavior was more appropriate for a road house than a fine dining place. I was disappointed that mgmt did not ask them to tone it down some. When they left I did not have to yell to my wife to have a romantic conversation on our 31st anniversary. This is the only time I have had an issue at Adorn Grille in all the years coming here. This is a wonderful place and I would suggest it to anyone.
