Asiatique RestaurantDon't get the buffet.I love this place and the food is normally lick the plate good!!!! However when you do a buffet a lot gets lost in translation. I could see where the chef was going but missed the mark. That is the trouble with making such large quantities of food, the flavor gets lost. Everything was perfectly prepared and the service was impeccable. I would strongly recommend asking to meet the general manager, Mr. Burns....as he is a master mixologist and is always good for mixing up a special treat! The chef was very accommodating of our guests preference for non-spicy meals, and we appreciate that. The service was good, although the waitress was way too generous with the wine, and opened more bottles than we would have liked.

If you don't go and try Asiatique then you have missed one of the great dining experiences of your life.
