Chef Tomasetto selects only the freshest quality ingredients. Our menu features Italian favorites with an innovative, modern twist without losing roots of traditional Italian cuisine which were instilled from their Calabrian upbringing.

Each of our menu items are prepared to order, including house-made pastas and desserts.

  • "we went for farm to fork week expecting vibrant local flavors. after waiting 45 minutes for thr first meal, we should have known the rest of the courses would follow suit. the flavors were ok at best, not truly impressed with any of the dishes. the ideas of the menu were well thought but poorly executed. lastly, the rice pudding dessert, after 2.5 hours, was served warm. our previous experience was wonderful but don't think we will be coming back."

  • "My husband and I made a reservation 15 minutes prior to dining and were looking forward to trying menu items posted. Unfortunately, Arugula began the "Farm to Table" menu a day before advertised. The food was simply "ok". Our server was very nice, however, overall service was very slow. The restaurant was not very busy and with a fixed menu, we anticipated faster service."

  • "It was Farm to Fork week, so the room was almost full. And very noisy. It would have been hard for a group to converse. We enjoyed our first three courses, but thought the desserts fell flat. They were lacking in taste. The rice pudding was the best of the three. In spite of the crowd, the service was excellent, and the spacing between courses was fine. I was happy with the portion size, but I suspect there were those who thought they were small. All in all, a B to B+ experience."

  • "As a Realtor in the area and a resident close by I'm not sure how I missed this gem until now. It might have been because although it's on a main road, it's not as noticeable as it should be. When I pulled up for my reservation, I thought it was closed until I noticed two people walking in. Anyway... the food was divine, the room is beautiful, the staff was friendly and attentive. It's modern and romantic. The dishes are perfectly portioned for those of us who like to order a few things and have variety. The only thing I was surprised at was they didn't put bread on the table."

  • "Every time we go to Arugula we come away saying "That was fantastic" the food is always an adventure in new and exciting tastes. My husband and I found ourselves sharing bits of food saying "you've got to taste this, or you've got to try that". From the grilled bread with tomato pesto, lobster bisque,Yum, and I had to try the grilled romaine salad, which left me room for only a small plate of scallops,(was that bacon jam on top?) delicious. We really feel this is the best food to be found anywhere and it's right in our own backyard. Lucky us!"

  • "The restaurant was extremely noisy. The menu was confusing. The food portions were small. The soup was warm at best. The salad had no taste and was extremely dry. The bread was an ala carte item that was hard and did not even include one piece for the 5 people in our party. The mussels were excellent and served hot. Our waitress was phenomenal. She was very knowledgeable and tried to explain the menu to us. She made some very good suggestions, she was pleasant and she was definitely the best part of my visit to your restaurant."

  • "Lovely restaurant with a modern decor. Interesting combination of flavors and ingredients. The hostesses and server, Olivia, were very friendly and accommodating. We asked to be seated in a corner because of a hearing difficulty, which we were, but there is still a lot of noise. If that bothers you, be sure to request a quieter area."

  • "Our hostess and waitress were terrific. Our meal was good. But if you're hungry, don't come to this restaurant. The portions are VERY VERY SMALL for the prices Arugula charges. Also the noise level is extremely loud and needs to be addressed."

  • "This was our second time at Arugula - it has been a while since we'd been there, my wife liked it the first time while I thought it was just ok. The room and menu has been redone. It was difficult to have a conversation with the ambient noise level in the dining room. The menu, while offering some nice choices did not deliver on the flavor profile. I had the veal saltimbocca...it had absolutely no flavor at all. The grilled octopus salad had only a few scant pieces of octopus - it really was an arugula salad. We left disappointed - won't be back."

The staff was friendly and sat me as soon as my date arrived. The food was great Italian cuisine. A lot of people get confused by the menu so it helps to review before hand."

  • "We had made a reservation at Arugula for our wedding anniversary and were incredible excited, as we had eaten here once before. We were seated for nearly 15 minutes before a server came to open our wine and pour us water. Though this was irritating, the rest of our experience was wonderful. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. We had shared a couple of appetizers (calamari and cheese steak egg rolls), the lobster bisque (the most delicious soup we have EVER eaten), and a few small plates (english pea and marscapone arancini, scallops and crispy pork belly, and short rib atop a seared polenta cake). Each bite was more incredible than the last. We are excitedly planning our return, as well as what we will be ordering!"

The appetizers are smaller portions which is perfect for sharing. The entree dishes are also small too but a perfect portion & didn't feel too full. The service was excellent.   • "Nice atmosphere with a great selection of gourmet dishes. The food itself was simply wonderful, and arranged beautifully. Prices are somewhat on the high side, but you forget the prices once you taste the food. The restaurant is quite noisy and, my only real complaint the after dinner coffee was a little too weak to suit my taste! All in all, Arugula was a terrific experience!"

  • "We have been at Arugula many times in the past and totally enjoyed it. This time, our 44th Anniversary celebration, we were very disappointed. We did not like their new marketing. The small menu was an effort to find anything that we would like. Don't like the small plate option. Don't like that you have to buy your bread, 4 pieces of grilled seasoned bread. Our take is if it was working before, don't change it. Go back to the Arugula we knew before with many selections."

  • "My wife and I went for out anniversary and couldn't have been happier with our choice. I got the filet mignon and my wife got the squid ink Fettuccine. We also got the bread (I read in a review that it wasn't worth it, I'm glad I went for it) and the calamari for an appraiser. The sauces were fantastic, obviously made from scratch. The filet mignon literally looked like a work of art and everything was rich in flavor. Our server was a huge fan of the restaurant, she knew everything on the menu and was very helpful. If I were to point out flaw, it would be that the size of the room caused a slight echo. This elevated the volume of others conversations, although this didn't bother me a bit. I can see it may others. I would definitely return!"

  • "Always loved the food and that has not changed; but, the new menu style created a poor experience for us. It now offers "small plates" encouraging you to try different things. I never mind paying more for great food but this felt like we were being nickle and dimed. They also now charge for the bread and try and make it look like an appetizer because you pick your dipping sauce. The service was also poor. The bus boy tried to pour tap water in our classes twice even though we purchased bottles of water. Lastly, the restaurant was redesigned a bit making the acoustics awful and the place very noisy. We could barely talk to the couple we went with. I'm sure we will go back for the food but not until the last experience is a faint memory. "

  • "The food and service were excellent. However, it is extremely noisy in there so much so that the waiter had to lean over to take our order. It is pricey, but the food was delicious; I didn't mind that because it was a special occasion. But paying $3-5 for a few pieces of "artesian bread". Come on, that's a bit much. I wouldn't go back because of the noise factor. If you go with another couple or two, you would literally have to shout to hear each other. AND, that's exactly what people were doing. If that's not an issue, then give it a try. But that's not my cup of tea so I wouldn't go back. Too many other fancy restaurants that have more atmosphere, great food, FREE bread, and you can actually hear each other. "

  • "Eaten there many times was always satisfied. Last time we went was very disappointed. Portion sizes are a quarter of what they used to be. Management wants you to order two or three plates for one person at triple the price! Will never be back."

  • "When we arrived we weren't greeted for approximately 10 minutes. Then we had to wait to be seated even though half the room was empty. Everyone scruffied around us the entire time making it difficult to relax. Our waitress corked our wine and had to take it into he kitchen to decant it. We went up and served ourselves at the buffet and when we returned we had neither wine nor water on the table. We had to ask for water. The food was average at best for a brunch. There are much better choices in the area. I will not return there. "

  • "After having dinner several times at Arugula, I was anxious to try Mother's Day brunch. The food was very good as always. However, there was a lack of help for the brunch. The only person who came to our table was the bus boy after I called him to our table for beverages. The brunch was buffet style so it wasn't a problem for the food. Our server never approached us until I requested the bus boy to bring us the check. The server at that time dropped off the check and said Happy Mother's Day. Imagine my surprise to find out that the coffee was not part of the cost and was $7.00 a cup!"
