We have done all the other higher class resturants in AC but I give Arturo's the highest ranking of all of them. The food is perfect the staff is so pleasent and helpful. We usually get a window seat so we can enjoy the ocean view and area. The day was my 65th birthday and I was treated like a King and my wife like a Queen.
