  • "I was looking for somewhere new and delicious. I was hoping artisans table would be the spot. Sadly, it wasn't. We ordered the zucchini fritters. They should have been called all spice fritters. That's all you tasted! Horrible. My seafood pasta was revommended by the server because of its spicy red sauce. There was absolutely no spice to it. I had to cover it in red pepper flakes. The seafood in it was cooked well though. Service was good, but it seemed like every server was hovering over their tables. Sometimes too many table visits becomes annoying. Won't go back. I'll honestly be very surprised if this place stays open another 6 months."

  • "Excellent excellent food at reasonable prices compared to some of the other local restaurants that have similar concepts/cuisine. I happen to think the food is better here compared to some of those other restaurants. We've been here twice & have had excellent meals both times. For the quality of the food served, the prices of the appetizers/entrees are extremely reasonable (beware, your bill will catch up with you if you order booze though. My husband ordered a whiskey on the rocks and it was $14!). Server was very attentive too."

  • "Went for lunch on a Sunday...disappointed they did not have the same menu for lunch as they do during the week. As a vegetarian, there were not many options...more on their weekday lunch menu. I ordered a Greek salad...and had to ask for cucumbers as they forgot them. I also asked if they had bread or crackers and the waitress said no. Not a very filling salad for an entree salad. Had to ask three times for drink refills. Disappointing visit."

  • "This restaurant is exactly what Orlando needs and needs more of! It is has a great atmosphere, and menu. I would have liked to order every one of the appetizers and entrees so I will definitely go back. The prices were low for the quality that was delivered. The only knock is that the wait staff is inexperienced. They were very nice and tried to be helpful, but still young and inexperienced. I hope we see more great places like this open up downtown."

  • "Food and service were great. Waited way too long for the baby Guinness dessert. I was done with my PB&J before they brought out my BF Baby Guinness. Should not have to rely on bartender to make the shot for that dessert."

  • "I have only had dinner at Open Table--once with a pre-arranged party of 100+ and one for a party of 4. Both experiences were perfect! The food was amazing, staff attentive but not overbearing, and the atmosphere was a great combination of stylish but not uptight or pretentious."

  • "Opening the door sets a refreshing stage for an entirely pleasing dining experience. We were there for Sunday Brunch and happy to find that all of the items regularly served for breakfast and lunch also were on the menu. That expanded the number of choices a great deal. Both of us had Breakfast Bowls which were topped with eggs as ordered. One was a vegetarian creation with queso blanco over chopped breakfast potatoes, and one was huevos rancheros - true to the familiar taste but delightfully different and light in its execution. Both were wonderful. Service was attentive and tables were cleared and reset immediately as diners left. We're ready to return - and to try dinner as well. This is a "keeper" and "repeater"!"

  • "This is a delightful downtown restaurant. Interesting and imaginative variations on standard fare. We were there for a Sunday brunch and the restaurant was doing a brisk business, but not crowded. This place is perfect for a meal before or after a movie (a short walk to a multiplex theater) or visiting downtown clubs. My plan is to enjoy dinner at Artisans Table and then step next door for a nice cigar. I would imagine that this will also become a popular stop when the Performing Arts Center is complete. This is a place that won't sink your wallet either. Very reasonable for food and cocktails. Make sure to check out the homemade tequila coffee that is visible on the bar as you enter. I will be back here often."

  • "My wife and I decided to try Artisan's Table for dinner before a concert. We were incredibly happy with everything from appetizer to dessert. It's always great to eat at a restaurant that takes pride in their food and Artisan's Table does that. Highly recommended!"

  • "I love to try new restaurants. We chose Artisans Table because of some great recommendations from friends. All of the food was great! The pork with moody blue and bacon bread pudding was amazing. The dijon sauce made it perfect. It was cooked to perfection. The desserts were unique and also delicious. The service was great and the server was able to make great recommendations from the menu. For what we ate I was expecting the menu to be much more expensive. For the price and location I will definitely return. Looking forward to checking out their brunch."

  • "If you are in Orlando please step away from the theme parks and check this place out. Excellent food. We started with the fired green tomatoes and fritters. Both done well. I had the burger and pimento cheese mashed potatoes. Both were out of this world. The burger had some kind of bacon chutney like nothing I've ever had. Their cocktails were also well done craft cocktails. This restaurant is a paradise for foodies."

  • " Fried Green Tomatoes Loved the crust on the fried green tomatoes. Everything came together really well with the shrimp, horseradish remoulade, and arugula-fennel salad. Short Rib The short rib was very tender and moist. It didn't seem to be seasoned much, but I don't think it needed to be. The blueberry-balsamic glaze complimented the short rib. It came on a bed of creamed corn and topped with fried vidalia onions. Sorbet The trio consisted of Lemon-Lime, Mixed Berry, and Passion Fruit. The menu stated Rhubard, but they brought it out with the passion fruit. I was curious about the Rhubard, maybe they ran out or something else was mixed up. No matter, they were all good. The lemon-lime was a bit strong. The mixed berry was perfect."

  • "Artisan's Table has a great selection of foods, try the creamed corn with bacon or the burger. However, service is unacceptably slow. 1:45 for me to get a burger is crazy. Especially when they were at less than 30% guest capacity. The short version: Great food, some adventurous, but will take an eternity to get it from the kitchen."

  • "I've been to many of the nicer restaurants throughout Orlando, and would say that my experience with Artisan's Table was great! It didn't stand out like some others, but in that regard I would venture to say it may be an underestimation. I went here for a date on a Wednesday evening. Because of that, I feel like I missed the vibrance and energy that is more likely present on the weekends. However, that's not a bad thing as much as an observation. Wednesday night had many tables open, leaving the restaurant and overall dining experience to feel more private and personal. What really impressed me was the food. So anything regarding the decor or ambiance immediately became an afterthought once the appetizer arrived. Our meal was superb!"

  • "Love the farm to table concept of the restaurant. The open dining room, furniture and glass enclosed wine room is a beautiful, rustic, simplistic design. The menu items from appetizers to desserts were all enticing. I settled on the Artisan's Burger and my dining partner on the Beef Short Ribs. Although the accompaniments of bacon creamed corn and crispy onion rings were delicious, the short ribs themselves fell short. The ribs were tender, but lacked flavor and was reminiscent of Mom's delicious Sunday pot roast. My burger on the other hand, was an explosion of flavor. One of the best burgers we've ever had! The Downtown location with parking fees is a downside, but the burger and great service will bring us back to try more."

  • "Artisans Table is a great boon for downtown Orlando. The menu is small but full of wonderful fresh and inventive items. We had the octopus carpaccio as an appetizer and it was awesome. My mahi was served in a bowl of fresh veggies in a wonderfully seasoned tomato broth. My husband had the pork that was tender and served with mashed potatoes and wonderful southern style okra. And for desert, we had the chefs version of the kronut. I don't know if its the same as the famous version in New York but it was amazing; served with a coffee and maple sauce. The food portions are ample and prices are very reasonable. Our waiter seemed a little inexperienced but made up for it in his effort to make sure everything was to our satisfaction."

  • "We loved this place! It is in a great location, it is right off of Orange Avenue and just a block from two parking garages. The food was great and the desert was amazing. The first thing we said when we left is we can't wait to go back. The only negative is the air conditioning. It was warm. The manager assured us that next time we came in it would be fixed. I hope so because this was a gem. The service was wonderful and the food even better."

  • "Aside the fact that it took 1h 45 min to finally get our meals (without being a dining "experience"), we had to ask our waiter 3 times for our drinks, he seemed really hurried and hassled. Definitely not the service I was hoping for my husband's birthday dinner. As for the food- the duck pierogies were ok at first but halfway through the dish it got to be way too sweet, both the apple chutney and the red cabbage needed more savory balance. The prime rib dish lacked the flavor! Didn't know that was possible. We did order the mussels appetizers and they were fabulous, the wine broth was delicious and the bread was the only thing that brought "artisan" to the table. So, we will not return, just not worth the wait or the calories. "

  • "WE have been twice in the last month at about 6 pm for dinner before a play at Bob Carr. Both times I was impressed with the food quality and the service. Good champagne by the glass and inventive food (menu changes daily) makes it a fun place to go back. Both times it was quiet but so early so I don't know what it is like later on. This past time I had the swordfish over Cauliflower puree -- really great! My friend had the poached cod which was very moist. Will be back!"

  • "The restaurant was beautifully decorated and had a great selection for folks who enjoy a wide range of cuisines. It was quite noisy, though, and you are very close to other people, which makes me personally uncomfortable. The appetizers and coffee were amazing...my entree was a little disappointing, but my partner loved his. Overall, would visit again next time we are in Orlando."

  • "But I sweated the entire meal! It wasn't even that packed but it was HOT inside the restaurant. We dined for Mother's Day brunch and the menu was perfect. We ordered all 3 of their appetizers (Fried oysters, fried green tomatoes and olives) all DELICIOUS. I dined on the Japanese bowl and was very impressed with how well all of the flavors married together. I also enjoyed a pomegranate-cranberry mimosa, their list of beers and wines was quite extensive (taking up the entire back of the menu) Service was good, although our waiter seemed like he had NO idea what was going on with the menu (maybe he was new?) but we didn't have any problems with items being wrong and food came out in a timely manner. Would recommend and return!"

  • "It was highly recommended by friends so we decided to check it out first hand. Menu changes from time to time so always a new surprise if you go more than once. All the dishes are great and haven't turned me down yet. Even if you want to stick to something simple, they have a New York strip which is just perfect. Service was great and our server broke down every dish for me so I knew exactly what I wanted at the end. Moderately priced too for a good hearty meal with generous sized proportions. "

  • "I went to this restaurant for the 1st time with family and friends on Easter Sunday. There were a total of 7 in our party. We made a reservation and were pleasantly surprised that we were given a private room - the wine room. Great private room enclosed in glass. The food was very good and the service was superb. Lamb Ragout was out of this world! This a definite place to return to! "
