Artisans is an intimate, warm and cozy fire-lit restaurant that extends out to the Lodge’s wide covered porches in fine weather. The high windows and grand porches seem to seat the diner almost upon the lake. Chef Nathan Rich and his dedicated team offer a full menu based on farm to table cuisine.… The cuisine is seasonally inspired and New American in tradition, but voyages wonderfully and mysteriously into the world beyond. The Lodge has an exceptional wine collection that ranges from the modest to the illustrious and a magnificent and romantic dine-in wine cellar for special occasions.
Artisans is open to the public, and seating is limited, so reservations are highly recommended. Dining room service begins each evening at 6pm.
