A word from Artisan Bistro
Artisan Bistro offers a warm, welcoming ambiance, appropriate for both special occasions & casual get-togethers. The highly refined food of Chef/Owner John Marquez, blends Northern California's local/organic sensibilities with French influences & techniques. The warm interior is a reflection of the casual elegance you find in every meal. This upscale bistro is intimate, personal and inviting. The dining room is contemporary, stylish and elegant, displaying natural wood beams, a cozy stone fireplace, and exhibits by a local artist.
In the kitchen, the sophisticated menu is prepared by Chef Marquez, with over 15 years of French American culinary experience. He has recently served as Chef at Fringale, Chef de Cuisine at Coi in SF., with prior work at Picasso in Las Vegas, Per Se in NY and The French Laundry in Yountville.
