Arthur's Prime SteakhouseA fine steak houseArthur's is exactly as advertised. Intimate, dark, masculine in feel. The service was excellent, attentive, not overbearing. The player piano is a nice touch. The martinis from the bar were just the way we ordered them. The Ahi Tuna Tartar appetizer was out-of-this-world good. The Caesar salad was up to the mark. The triple cheese au gratin was wonderful in taste and texture. I agree with my friend that the creamed corn was a bit too sweet. My tomahawk Waygu ribeye was a beautiful think to look at, and equally tasty. I was surprised there were some tough spots around the edges. It's the kind of this my Kroger or Sam's steaks sometimes have when I take them off my grill at home, but most often, they do not. Unfortunately they were a tad understaffed. I think we had at least 3 different people waiting on us, and not on purpose. Food was awesome though. Our two servers were very helpful in selecting our hors d'oeuvres to start with and then the owner came in and did a very descriptive review of each of his steak offerings. Very impressive. Our food and service was excellent.
