  • "Nice restaurant, generally good food and service. Nice restaurant, generally good food and service."

  • "Perfect food perfect service and absolutely outstanding view"

  • "I ordered Miso flank steak which I have had before and really liked it. On Sunday it was overdone (I ordered medium rare) and it was sliced with the grain and hard to eat. My mashed potatoes were watery and had no flavor. My friend was disappointed in his seafood salad. The other couple had no complaints."

  • "We have been eating at Arnies Edmonds for many years, and in the past have always relied upon them for top quality seafood fare as well as good wait staff as well as a great location/ambiance. We were disappointed when we went with our out-of-town guests - the food, while just OK, just didn't measure up to what we are used to there. And the waitperson was not particularly friendly and didn't check back on us in a timely manner."

  • "How could anything be better than sitting on the edge of the ocean having a great brunch with family. Not a typical brunch but more a three course brunch of which you pick off the a la carte menu. The food was excellent and the service top notch. When I am in Seattle again, I will go back in a heartbeat."

  • "We had an early dinner at Arnie's before heading off to the theater. Everything was wonderful, although I think what I ordered (Prawns Undecided) topped them all; most especially the crab stuffed prawns. The only reason I am giving the "food" rating 4 stars instead of 5 is because there fish bones in the seafood fettuccine my son-in-law had ordered; so many, it made the pasta portion of the dish inedible. Although the waiter apologized profoundly (he was mystified as that particular dish did not contain a fish that was boney) and offered my son-in-law a complementary dessert, it still seems a bit beneath a restaurant of this stature; most particularly one that specializes in seafood. Other then that, everything else was superb."

  • "Seating here is well laid out with views of the water from almost every location. The menu choices included some featured items which we found excellent. Our out of town guests both had the salmon and found if perfect. We tried the scallops and were delighted to find them just done and to out taste perfect. Parking can be a challenge on a Friday or Saturday night and because of Arnie's popularity a reservation is definitely needed if you don't want to wait long. That said the bar is a great one and a couple will enjoy the views, but 4 or more might find conversation difficult. On previous occasions we found the service to be excellent, but on this visit our waitress brought an incorrect appetizer and one of four entree's also wrong."

  • "Had since table with view of marina. Good food and good service. It was our second time this month and we'll be back more. Quickly becoming one of out favorite places."

  • "We chose Arnies for our Anniversary and we were able to get a lovely window table. (the outside tables were all full) The service was grand, however, the food was only OK. Sadly, We were both disappointed. We were just expecting a much better overall dining experience. The food was just ok. The bisque was the best - should have just had soup and salad! Just disappointing."

  • "We enjoy coming to Arnie's whenever possible, especially sunny days. The last time we were there, Mt Baker was shining in the distance providing atmospheric ambiance and a clear sense of place. Our dinners were well prepared with a light touch to the seafood which is their specialty. Their seafood salads are creative, not like you get anywhere else. We love them."

  • "Edmonds Arnies is our favorite restaurant. The location which provides outstanding views is matched with a comfortable restaurant and a relaxed professional wait staff. The brunch included a fruit tray, mimosa and sticky bun. The entree item we can't avoid is the seafood omelet. It's loaded with dungeness crab and shrimp. It is probably the best omelet I've ever had. Seafood has such fragile taste, no seafood omelet has ever been 'right' for me. This omelet is outstanding."

  • "After enjoying a beautiful sunny day at Marina Park, the wonderful experience continued on at Arnie's. The spectacular water view was just as beautiful and relaxing as the park. We were surprised to find that even though we didn't order a breakfast item our lunch item came with fruit and a sticky bun. There was a lot of food and the presentations added to the positive dining experience."

  • "I went here for a graduation lunch with parents and in-laws for lunch and the service and food was fantastic. Everything from the Copper-river salmon to the Sesame Salmon to the kalamari was cooked to perfection. The view out over the water is great during the day, and the environment was calm but efficient."

  • "I placed our reservations on Opentable. I requested a window table because we were coming to celebrate our out of town friends 25th wedding anniversary. We were seated away from the window. Watched 3 window tables for four seated with just 2 people at each table. Hostess said couldn't do anything when I asked about my request. There was no acknowledgement from the staff about our friends anniversary. Not even saying Happy Anniversary. Waiter was pleasant but had to be reminded about drink orders, water refill and when the orders came out we had to tell who's was who's. Not at special and celebratory as we had hoped. Won't plan any more special occasions at Arnie's."

  • "Came to Arnies for our wedding anniversary. All 4 of my Pan-seared scallops were very undercooked, yes RAW inside. Plus no seasoning was apparent. Even the sauce was bland, no seasoning detected. Same for the risotto and asparagus. I'm all for whole foods, but a little sea salt, lemon juice, or cracked pepper was so obviously missing in my entire entree that night. Had to use the table S & P. We are not on salt restricted diets. My husband's au jus for his prime rib? Also very watered down and useless. Saving pennies in the kitchen this way was disappointing. Or was chef in a hurry? The service was very good- fast and attentive."

  • "The food did not seem to be prepared fresh. The calamari was definately frozen and exhibited "freezer burn" characteristics. The risotto was thick and luke warm. The gnocchi was tasty but i suspect it was not made fresh either. The sirloin was average and not flavorful."

  • "I took my mom to Arnies & was given a coupon for $15 off brunch so I brought her back. Our waitress was amazing, Kathy, and she had a huge table to deal with and still got our orders correct and was very sweet and friendly. We will be back!"

  • "the waiters were all asked about the islands that we could view from our window, NO ONE knew what they were... for visitors who are curious this was a real downer"

  • "We went in search of Copper River Salmon and good dessert. The Copper River Salmon was good - not great. The dish that was served with the salmon was terrible - not sure what it was, but it was chewy and soft and tasteless. The dessert was fantastic - as always."

  • "We have been coming here for years and the food and service is always wonderful. When I was there this past Friday, it was Prom night and they had a group of 40 prom attendees. The dresses the girls were wearing were wonderful to see and even with a group this size my dinner was not delayed in the least. The food was wonderful and the service was great. We will be going there again."

  • "We ordered two dishes, the salmon was good, but the oyster was over cooked, very dry. It took super long time to get my bill paid."

  • "I used to come here 20 years ago. I had wanted a nice breakfast at a waterfront location. Back in the day this place was it. I think they have fallen asleep at the wheel. The brunch starts with complementary fruit and yogurt. It's kind of a sad hospital presentation. The sticky buns were okay... And the free mimosa was thoughtful however it took 15 min to arrive. Major back up at the bar. Which is add if you're familiar with the drink combination. The food arrived. There was little to no care put in the presentation. My plate hadn't been wiped down. The waitress was really sweet and she did what she could. The issues here seem operational. Is say, clean it up and being back a little glamour. Stop giving away free stuff if need be. "

  • "Was in the mood for good seafood but was disappointed prawns were little shrimps and I've had better salmon out of a can."

  • "Copper River Salmon dinner was prepared especially well using subtlety blended seasonings achieving delectable taste and flavorful palate. Service was genuinely friendly and knowledgeable with just the right amount of diner contact throughout. Our out-of-town dining companions were comfortably impressed. A fine memory and highly recommended!"

  • "We had a wonderful dinner at Arnies, for our 39th anniversary. Our waitress was very special, and she was right there when we needed her. We had the early dinner, and it was very good, along with a glass of wine. We also had the steamed clams to start, and a coffee nudge for dessert. We did not feel rushed at all. The food was great. They made this night very special for us. Thank you Arnies"

  • "The food was excellent and the service was extremely good. Our waiter was pleasant, efficient and helpful. Our window table was special as we had not asked particularly to have that. We look forward to enjoying dinner there again in the near future. Lots of parking was readily available, and the restaurant was very easy to locate. They have an elevator for those who find a flight of stairs to be hard to manage."

  • "The ease of using the online reservation booking was great. We asked for a window table and that was what I was shown when picking our table however when we arrived we were given a booth. It actually worked out quite well though as my father is hard of hearing and had no problem hearing us in the booth. "

  • "We've been going to the early dinner at Arnie's for many years. The food is always great and you can't top the view. We always go for the salmon, but I'm sure everything is good."

  • " Enjoyed Sunday Brunch at the Edmonds waterfront Arnie's Restaurant. When making our online reservations thru Open Table we requested window seating but were told on arriving 5 min. early that they didn't have a window available. We decided to wait and had a table within 10 min. The views of the Olympic range, Puget Sound and Edmonds/Kingston Ferry were worth the wait. Brunch came with our choice of orange juice, mimosa or champagne. Included was a seasonal fruit plate with crème frachais, a warm sticky bun with walnuts and our choice of entrees. We both chose the eggs benedict that came with country style potatoes. The eggs were poached perfectly! Friendly and efficient wait staff. Go before or after a movie at the theater in town. "

  • "We seem to get the same waiter, which we really enjoy - he has our order down pretty much by memory now. This is a regular Saturday night dining place for us - and other than a slight change up in menu (and a switch back) last summer, we have been coming here for years and loving it. Great service, food, and setting. Can't beat it."

  • "Took my wife for a date night - I was one of the more dressed up guys there as I was wearing a tie, so it has a casual atmosphere. The food was very good and our waitress was excellent. The dessert size (banana creme pie) was so large that we took most of it home for later. The view was interesting with the marina in front and the ferries to the north. The background noise level was fine - we had no difficulty in conversation. The prices were reasonable given the setting and quality. We will definitely go there again."

  • "This was my first visit to Arnies. The food was good but not great. Maybe it was what I ordered. IDK? Nice place with good view."

  • "We had the mussels which were very good, the wine was excellent and the service very professional. I ordered a vegetarian meal which was very good. I thought maybe if I didn't order seafood, I'd be taking a chance but this was not the case!Thank you for offering such a wonderful experience!"

  • "Our latest experience was the food was really poor. We had the crab stuffed mushrooms the sauce was so bland absolutely no flavor at all.Same for the steamers the base they cooked the clams in had no flavor all.I had the seafood salad and again bland, needed more of a hearty dressing to accompany this. The service was superb, friendly excellent waitress, but other than that I would rank the food poor, especially at the prices you charge should expect flavorful food. Won't come back again unless you change the menu has changed."
