Arnie Morton's The Steakhouse - BurbankFABULOUS OVERALL!!!!My boyfriend and I LOVED Morton's! From the moment we arrived entire staff was so welcoming and kind. Fantastic warm onion bread came right away- excellent waitress - huge portions - made all the changes I wanted to my meal. My lobster tail was sweet and tender (not chewy like many places I've eaten the same dish). My boyfriend's steak was excellent - might have been a tad bit more tender but overall an excellent cut and nicely prepared. Skip the chocolate mousse unless you love very very sweet desserts- I would highly suggest they switch to DARK chocolate mousse with less sugar but otherwise loved this place and we sure plan to return- a huge menu and there were many dishes we still want to try! We had a few less than stellar experiences with weak service and food not prepared to our requests, and this was one last chance for them to show us that they could come through and meet our expectations based on the old Morton's standard.
Well, they tried very hard and succeeded! Food prepared perfectly and service was friendly and efficient. I do like the expanded menu and there are numerous items from the old Morton's menu to keep fans happy.
Will definitely be back and definitely recommend to anyone.
