The food was delicious all around. The Vichyssoise was great and the Brussels Sprouts with a goat cheese panna cotta were my favorite. The portions were huge so splitting would have been a great option, but did not try with a price fixe menu.

Ambiance is nice and quiet with beautiful decor that transports you to an elegant European home. I took some dear friends here who had heard raving reviews so they wanted to try AZ Inn.Two of us ordered the filet - it was not served 'naked' as a filet should be - some kind of cheesy crust and a red (color?) sauce, too salty or was it the potatoes? I always get suspicious when there is too much salt..what are they trying to cover up?The other guest had the lamb chops - I saw that she had cut a LOT of ? fat? off as if she was trying to find the meat! The wine was flat - David Bruce - I have had this wine numerous times - 2009 and expected this to be up to par...it was NOT, tasted flat. I have visited this winery and it's one of the best for Pinot Noir. We had lots of time to enjoy the food and talk. The smoked salmon poached eggs were delicious. My daughter loved the gazpacho and we both enjoyed the dessert that had bite sized selections of many desserts. It was hard to chose a favorite among them; they were all delicious.
