Enjoy a new experience in Japanese dining. Our chef's are part magician, part craftsman, part entertainer. He will turn steak, lobster, shrimp, and chicken into gourmet's delight. Teppanyaki cooking is an art form which uses a 600 degree grill. The preparation of your food takes place right in front of your eyes.
Choose from a wide selection of Oriental gourmet dishes with six courses (All Prices include main entree, soups, salad, mushrooms, onions, zucchini, broccoli, snow peas and fried rice.) My friend and I would have liked to share a meal since the menu is a bit pricey and the gift certificate had no specification of having to buy TWO meals. It said $30 for two or more,... It did not say dinner nor did it say people. Waitress wasn't exactly polite when this problem arose. Overall, Ok restaurant but maybe they should make their dealings with groupon a little more specific as to not conflict with customers."

  • "I did make reservations for 7:30pm and arrived around 7:15pm. We did not get seated until almost 8:30pm. They were running a special that week and I'm sure many ordered the special. This was a Wednesday night which we were ready to leave if not seated soon. Most any other time that we have been there, the reservations have been a 15 minute window. I hope next time they will be prepared and avoid the waits. The food was very good and for the special was even better. The deal was an appetizer, an entree, and a dessert for $25.00! Mmm!"

  • "Absolutely terrible. Food was sub-par at best. Cheap quality everything, meats, vegetables, tables, you name it. Been to about 10 different hibachi restaurants all over the US, this is the first one that has not given 2 shrimp as an free appetizer, instead serving mushrooms. Clear that they are focused on being as cheap as possible while still charging high prices. Service was terrible as well. Chef was good but waitress couldn't care less about service - terrible attitude and complete ignorance to time. Final straw was when my chicken (debatable if this was actually chicken) did not taste, feel, or look like chicken. Others at the table had chicken as an appetizer and they complained that it was hard, didn't taste right."

  • "We had reservations for 6:30pm. We arrived early an were told it would be about 10 minutes. . We were not seated until just after 7:00pm and I am sure it was only because our party and others were ready to walk out. We were finally seated in a back room (where there were plenty of tables, it was obvious they were short staffed) and were abandoned for another 45 minutes. Finally we had a chef come to the table only to tell us the table wasn't on and he would come back later. No apologies from the staff at all. The food is decent, depends on the chef. We WILL NOT come back to this location. Others are further, but I expect better service for the price not to be talked down to when addressing complaints with management."

  • "The food is prepared fresh to order with very little seasoning. The sauses are good for personally seasoning your dish. The chefs try to enternain while preparing the dishes for the entire table. The ordering process is electronic and fast. It can get a little smokey when all of the tables are going at once so if you're sensitive to that, you may want to go for a take out dish."

  • "I enjoyed Arigato as I have in the past. The new restaurant in Tampa is gorgeous with a very nice vibe. The food as usual was very good served up by a clever and humorous chef. I was able to order with eliminations to some veggie I am not fond of which meant I could eat all that was prepared for me instead of picking through what I didn't care for."

Too much bossing by management without an appreciation for those who were doing the work. Sharp tongued manageress who came across as insincere to me. It's a lot of fun for groups, kids or anyone who likes a little show with their dinner. The restaurant is getting on in years and is starting to show it's age, however it is clean and well maintained."

  • "food was overcooked. He didn't ask how our filet was to be cooked, and had to cook a second one, and the shrimp and lobster were overcooked. Chef Augustus (hibachi-style cooking) socialized entire evening with other half of table who were school friends, and our plates were bare most of the evening compared to theirs, which were overfilled. When we complained to management at end of evening, there was no effort made to compensate us. (This was my 50th birthday, and pretty much ruined the entire evening! Even our waitress Mandy noticed it)"
