My wife and I went to Aria grill for our wedding anniversary and had a great time. Food was very nice and the service for the event that I pre arranged with the restaurant came out very nicely. I brought them roses and a cake with candles during lunch hours for our dinner that night and they did exactly the way I asked them to do. Thanks to the manager and the waiter. The mood of the restaurant is some what romantic at night. I would like to go there again for just the dinner out with my wife sometome in the future.

It was our first time visiting Aria Tuscan Grill, but it definitely won't be our last. There were six of us that enjoyed the food, service, ambiance and everything else about this restaurant. We ate here before going on to see a show in Charlotte. All in all it was a memorable occasion and we will be back.

I dined here with a large group. The atmosphere was very nice, and service was excellent. Our waitress recommended a wine that we thoroughly enjoyed. The food came very quickly, and everything was delicious. Good size portions -- the pizzas can be shared between two people.

Still the best bet for dining uptown before (or after) an event at Blumenthal Center or Time Warner Arena. Nice to see our Symphony maestro eating here before the performance. Well-chosen wine list, more fairly priced than many restaurants, including some unusually-good offerings by the glass. It was refreshing to see wines from some of the lesser-known regions of Italy.

Simple put, food was terrific, no complaints there but the atmosphere was too loud and I can even get around noise, but the service was average at best. Our waiter was very nice but spent very little attention on service. Plates stayed way to long after each course and should of been taken away. I asked for a second glass of wine and he forgot and when I told him we had theater tickets and would like our check he once again forgot and after waiting another 8 or so minutes he came back and again asked if we needed anything else, very poor service. When a customer is paying good money he/she should expect attentive service. Would not come back.

This is my 4th time here and every time I feel like the food is just as amazing as always. But then there is the service, me and my fiancee were the first people in the door and we has reservations yet the host took 4 groups without reservations before us. Then our waitress only came to the table 3 times. Great food horrible service is all I can say.

Just as we requested we were seated at a secluded, romantic table. The food was good, not great. Time between apps and dinner was very long. Server not much on the personality scale but it was a busy night so she gets the benefit of the doubt. My pasta dish was very spicey to the point that it masked the special taste of lobster. Desert was great. Wine selection outstanding. Details were missing in the overall experience. Noise level on a very busy Friday night was really loud.

Enjoyed the food, it was outstanding, the atmosphere was very comfortable however the service fell short. As more dinners were seated our server was not as attentive and as a result we didn't get to have any desert with the show beginning at 7:30. We were seated at 5:45 for a 6:00pm reservation and should have had plenty of time. The main course took almost 30 min to be served. The food was great!!! However we then sat with our plates finished for 20 minutes and perhaps more before they were remove and by then our time was getting too close to chance having desert. We'll give it another chance because the food was outstanding!

Until this night I always said I never had a bad meal at this restaurant. I guess never say never. Had Scottish salmon which was dry and overpowered by the pesto sauce. Have had better salmon at home. Service, although good, seemed rushed. Maybe chef just had a bad day, but was not typical for a restaurant that has always been excellent in the past.

This was our first visit to Aria. We were very pleased with the quality and variety of the food. I had lamb osso bucco and my husband had trout. Our companions had more traditional pasta dishes. The restaurant adjoined the performing arts center, so it was filled with pre- and post-theater patrons. Because we were early, we waited a bit too long for our table. We were finally seated in the small upstairs area where a large party was scheduled, but noise level wasn't too bad. Service was very pleasant but slow. We would definitely return to Aria for the quality of the food and convenient location.
