"I invited a business client to Aria for a social dinner. This is my 4th visit and I knew it would make a good impression with my guest and our spouses. Even though I made a reservation with plenty advance notice, we were seated in a banquet area among a weeding party. I think the Who at MadisonSquare Garden would have been more quiet. I should have smashed a guitar at the end of the meal. I wasn't notified in advance nor were we given a choice of alternate seating. Unless Aria manages these issues my business entertainment dollars go elsewhere..."

"Nice, modern decor, located in the heart of the city. Service was very good. Shrimp scampi appetizer was very good. For entree, I had the roasted duck. The dark meat was prepared well. The breast was sliced and fanned out, revealing that it was very rare... perhaps desirable in a steak. Not so much with fowl. The portions of accompanying vegetables was stingy. High quality food, but execution could have been better. Not inexpensive, so I expected better."

"I've eaten here twice and it has been excellent both times. My food was cooked perfectly and the service was very good. It was a little noisy at times but still a great atmosphere. Definitely would recommend."

"First time at aria, tried it from a friends recommendation. Our server was fantastic, very entertaining & accommodating, food was wonderful and his wine recommendation was perfect. Will definitely be back & highly recommend. Perhaps we just got their best server since aome reviews talk about bad service but we had no complaints!"

"The food at Aria was very delicious! Everyone in my party ordered something different but everything came out perfect. The service was excellent. Our server was very knowledgable about the menu and the wine list which made making choices much easier!"

"The food was awsome, the ambiance was excellent. I thought the resturant had a great location, and agreeable prices. I was very unhappy with the customer service though. I have been a guests at 3 of the near hotels; the Ritz, Aloft, and on this occassion I stayed with the Omni. Each hotel in the past have discouraged me from eating at this resturant because other guests that they have refered there were very unhappy with the service. I decided to try the resturant against their advice on this visit because I have exausted the surrounding ones that I absolutely enjoyed. I was saddened that the reviews and recommendations were correct with poor service because I really enjoyed the food and the enviornment."

"Food and atmosphere were fabulous. Service was great too. I have already recommended this place to several friends and co-workers. It's my new favorite place in Charlotte. Great for a girl's night out, a date with a special someone a quick drink or a group dinner with co-workers."
