"Food was good but my only issue is with our server. Although she was very nice, we literally only saw or spoke with her about 3-4x's during our visit, no idea where she was or what she was doing. We ordered a bottle of wine and that took about 10-15 mins to arrive. Otherwise food was tasty and it is a nice ambiance."

"Close to to Aquataine standard, with a pleasant but slightly inattentive wiatress who ordered the wrong entree, so my husband got his about 15 minutes before me.. A bit awkward. Food generally good, though my husbands tuna a bit tastless and beet salad good have had more greens.. pretty skimpy"

"We went to Aquitaine for a small birthday celebration. We made the request through Open Table with our reservation and we reminded the host of this request when we arrived. The food was good but, the birthday celebration was completely forgotten by the host...not good customer service. How difficult is this request for a restaurant???"

"We LOVE Aquitaine at Legacy Place, and go there often for dinner and drinks. We usually sit at the bar and have nothing but impeccable food and service. Neither of us were impressed with the brunch, and probably will not go back for brunch."

"I have been to Aquitaine Dedham at least a dozen times since it has opened, I consider myself a great fan of the restaurant. This visit, however, makes me wonder if I will return. My wife and I had the "Restaurant Week" menu, for $33.12 you get an appetizer, an entree, and a dessert; sounds like a good value, but that was a big mistake. The "slow roasted" pork loin was one of the toughest cuts of meats that I had ever had. The pasta with lobster was a disaster. It had pasta that was bland and still floating in its cooking water and had exactly two little pieces of rubbery lobster. The only good thing about it was its small portion, not too much waste. When we told the waiter about the food, he replied "sorry to hear that"."

"The bar scene was energetic at Legacy Place Dedham, MA. The hostess on her game asking and checking for reservations, it was very crowded, a Saturday night. The roasted chicken dish was outstanding, two members of our party had this and loved it. Tomatoe soup app wonderful. The risotto and shrimp dish skimpy! - made with little shrimp okay at best stay away. The steak great dish - the bartender made us an after dinner drink of a frozen Girl Scout cookie - unbelievable! So great whatever she did it was tasty! We would go back and we would recommend. Use the valet to park to crazy over there for garage etc.. The valet is just infront of the restaurant. Overall good experience and would go again just not getting the shriimp dish."

"The food was really just ok. It was restaurant week, so that may have contributed. Lots of interesting menu choices. My husband ate off the prix fix menu, lobster tagliatelle, which was nothing special. I had the tuna, risotto was great, but pepper chutney was very strong. Paired all in one bite it was interesting and good but not great. For the price should be better. Have been to the one in the south end, which had far better food and more romantic."

"I've always had great experiences at Aquitaine in Dedham, but this time, our server seemed to forget about us and also made a mistake in my order... It might be because it was lunch time, but it wasn't my best experience so far. I will still give it another try because I like the place very much."
