  • "Booked on the occasion of my former Pastor returning from winter in Florida. He always enjoys the food as do well. He did a chicken breat special stuffed Italian style. I scallops and my wife a steak. Always a good choice. Their signature desert, Peach Melba, is made for sharing. Try it and try Aqua Terra."

  • "The restaurant week menu was limited which forced me to order out of my comfort zone. Was I glad I did. We paired with the wines, a generous pour. The beets with cheese were excellent as were the egg plant fritters. My wife had the glazed salmon which was done perfectly. I had the stuffed pork chop which came on the bone, but sliced. It was delicious. We were too full for desert ,but almost finished them anyway. Coffee was served in individual carafes, which gave us the "extra" cup. Service was welcoming and attentive. We will go back."

  • "This place pleasantly surprised us. The service was terrific. Our server was quick to refill our drinks (water and soft drinks), the food came out of the kitchen quickly, but didnt taste like it was previously made. They were very accomodating to kids. It is also noisy, so would be fine with a large family group with children. The food was fresh and tasty. I had a special seafood and orzo and for a appetizer a mussels saganaki. Very good. For dessert I had the baklava. It was very good."

  • "For a seafood restaurant, there was a surprising lack of seafood choices on the lunch menu. Iceberg wedge salad was smothered with too much blue cheese dressing. Crab bisque was salty. My guests both ordered tilapia & orzo and were happy with their meals. Neighboring table had a salmon dish that looked appetizing."

  • "Okay local restaurant. Chilean Sea Bass dish was delicious. The beautiful long-stemmed rose for every lady on Valentine's Day was a nice touch. Live music sounded amateur but the repertoire was wide and varied, and the other diners seemed to enjoy it. I wouldn't mind going back."

Could not have asked for a better server. The ambiance is perfect considering we came from a very busy and stressful environment. The quiet and calm atmosphere helped relax us and enjoy our dinner. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone I know."

  • "My husband and I went here for V-Day this year and were not impressed. We both ordered martinis which were sub-par and overpriced. They had a limited menu for the night with good options however every aspect of the meal was missing something. We ordered a citrus scallop dish and the fruit it was served with was completely bland and definitely not ripe, i believe it was supposed to the the prominent flavor of the dish and it was nonexistent. For our entrees, I ordered sea bass and was picking bones out the entire time, again, at that price point, i do not believe this is appropriate. Food alone i wouldn't have given this restaurant 2 stars, however the wait staff was great, attentive and very friendly."

  • "Food was very good, ample amount. Service was great. Place is spacious! Entrees come with salad and portions were filling! A hidden gem right in the neighborhood. Great for those who like a selection of different fish options on the menu plus many other options for those who don't enjoy fish. Great bar as well to hang out with friends. Good selection of wines and mixed drinks. Great for a regular weekend dinner or special occassion."

  • "As always. They adhere to Open Table special requests faithfully. Very flexible. We had requested a certain server but upon arrival found that our table was in the main aisle and switched. They accommodated us by adjusting the waitress. Had a unique soup, a corn chowder with a lump of crabmeat. Enties included a special veal chop. Excellent."

We were seated on time and the food was tasty and did not seem to be made to order. We had pasta, seafood and short ribs in addition to turkey. Our server Billy was very prompt and accommodating. Overall, a very fine experience."

  • "Since this was our first time at Aqua Terra since changing names years ago I was impressed with the renovations made there. The people there were friendly. We decided on your Thanksgiving special thinking the price was right. I was not at all impressed with the Thanksgiving dinner, did not think it was worth $22/pp. We noticed most of the turkey was dark meat, there were no mashed potatoes which we would have preferred and the quanity was small for the price. Will it deter us from coming back? no. We loved the decor of the place, want to try more selections on your menu, we loved the bar area, so yes we will be back. We noticed that you have happy hour during the week which we like. Thank you for your concern."

  • "The buffet was so crammed in that you couldn't pass by anybody to get to another station. You were back to back w/people at other stations, or with the bar. Very uncomfortable. Food very mediocre Carving station w/only meat, no turkey Omelette station was one man, two pans.. VERY SLOW. everyone was done eating at my table by the time i got back w/my omelette. For the price should include at least one mimosa or other brunch beverage..all other brunches in the area do."

  • "We've been out of the area for a while and wanted to meet mid-way with our family...We went for brunch and were pleasantly surprised. The selection of foods was amazing, all kept fresh and replenished frequently. The eggs benedict, which often times is overdone on a buffet, was perfect. The omelet station had everything you could want and the carving station had a beautiful rare roast beef. The bacon was crisp without being too well done and the scrambled eggs were moist, rather than all dried out. There was a nice selection of lunch entrees and desserts as well. All in all, a very nice brunch and the price was very reasonable for all there was to chose from. Although we now live in south Jersey, we will do this again!"

Food was excellent, beautifully presented, and service was professional and attentive and still friendly. Very nice selection of appetizers and entrees--something for everyone. Coffee and tea were served in their own individual little pots, which was a nice touch. Option was there for a wine pairing with entree, which was a nice, never seen before touch, during restaurant week, and the wine was served in a mini carafe. Would definitely return to Aqua Terre, which after all is the purpose of Restaurant Week. In sum, a much enjoyed dining experience by all."

We were a party of 7 and when the bill came, there were mistakes on it that made the experience not perfect. I have been to this restaurant before and had a wonderful experience.   • "Starting with the hostess, the waiter, and the owners, we were warmly greeted and welcomed to a nice table. Since it was Hudson Valley Restaurant Week, we chose to order from that menu. Being married 42 years ago that day, I knew my husband and I would order a different appetizer, dinner, and dessert. The six selections were delicious and we had a great time. Thank you Aqua Terra!"
