Aquarium Restaurant - Downtown DenverWonderful Experience!Everything was absolutely wonderful! The service was impeccable. We dined in the Water Room and our server was Joseph. He was very professional, knowledgeable and fun to be around. There were 10 of us in our party and each couple purchased the Landry's dining card as we knew we would be back for this experience time and time again.
The food and drinks in the restaurant were fabulous and eating while being entertained by the aquarium and the mermaid show was the cherry on top. Taryn helped plan our event at the Downtown Aquarium and she was a huge help to us and made helpful suggestions for us to celebrate our kids birthday party.

After calling The Denver Aquarium to advise them that we were running late and to add a guest, the Aquarium was very receptive and accommodating. Upon arriving they asked my daughter to see if the table that they picked for us was acceptable. Everything was perfect, food, server (waitress). My Mother, Daughter and myself are in awe. Price for food and very competitive. We went for my girlfriends Birthday and she loved every minute of it. The food was awesome and you get great portions. Seeing fish in these large fish tanks in the walls was great. no matter where you sat you had a great view of the fish.The only thing that happenened that was dissapointing was we got our main meal first before our appitizer.We did order an appitizer in hoping to have it before our main meal but well the main meal came first. They were very appoligetic and said they would take it off our ticket. I told them they didn't need to do that and to bring it out anyways. Well they took it off and then we didn't receive it. It was a great experience for the adults and kids. The food was wonderful, but the wall of aquariums was really spectacular. We enjoyed watching the fish swim, and we especially enjoyed the mermaids. Had so much fun with my daughter and husband. Our server Sonja was AMAZING!!! She was so helpful!!! she continued to ck on us through out dinner to make sure we were good to go. She had such a great attitude the whole night!! staff was so helpful and friendly. My daughter and I loved how we were able to watch the mermaids!!! They did an awesome job!!!

We had a table right next to the aquarium and it was hard to focus on anything but the fish! My only quam was that the entrees were way too expensive for adults; the kids meal wasn't outrageously priced. I ordered the grilled salmon, which was around $22. I would have expected to get a salad or soup along with my meal, but it came with just assorted veggies and rice... albeit the salmon was delish. We sat downstairs in an area that was secluded from the rest of the restaurant, which was nice. My 4 and 5 year old Goddaughters and everyone else enjoyed the fish in the tank. The waiter was very knowledgeable about what fish were in the tank. Overall, we had a great experience. Also, the serving sizes are fairly large, so means could have been shared. Parking was validated, so we didn't have to pay! I have gone with adults for a special occasion and it was lovely. I have also taken my 2 young grandchildren at lunch time and they loved it.
A great dining experience..4/3/2013 12:00:00 AMDenver Aquarium VisitWe went early to avoid the rush. I called early to find out about costs and parking. I was told our parking ticket would be validated and we would not have to pay the $7 fee. When we got there we were told the validation of the parking ticket didn't begin until 6. Fortunately they validated it for us anyway since that was the information we were given. Our wait person was excellent. It seems as though they didn't check us in when we got there because I received a message from OpenTable saying we were no shows. We always reserve the Water Room for privacy and the kids feel like they are in the tank! the manager comp us tickets to go through the exhibit and that was just the icing on the cake..we saw things we never saw before as we've always come in the day time where there were too many kids/people..it was wonderful to have a nice dinner with friends and then take a tour
