Diner Reviews
  • "This dish was excellent both in flavor and presentation. We also ordered a beet salad which was presented as an artistic plate. I would recommend this restaurant although it can be expensive the qua lit is worth it."

  • "My husband and I brought two friends who were celebrating a milestone anniversary and birthday. They were delighted with the food and service, as well as the view. This was our second time here, and we will be returning again and again!"

  • "We dined on a Saturday night at 745pm. We did not see a server for the first 10 minutes at the table. Once she arrived her knowledge level of the menu was minimal. She was unable to tell us what kind of wines were offered beyond "Merlot" and "Cabernet." From the time appetizers were ordered it took 50 minutes to hit the table. (50 minutes for baked clams and a salad??) the manager/owner stopped by the table when we waved him over, said all appetizers take 30-45 minutes to cook. The food, once on the table, was of excellent quality. For this place to survive beyond 1 season, there will need to be a greater emphasis on timely and efficient service."

  • "Extremely poorly run and overpriced for mediocre food. Went on a Saturday night, called and was told no tables until 8, but open table said table for 4 available at 7, 7:15, 7:30, etc. Got there at 7:20 and seated rigth away. Took 45 minutes after ordering for three salads to arrive. Entrees arrived 1:40 after ordering and were nothing great. Manager clearly had to be aware of issues, we heard other tables compalining of the same issues. Manager came over twice when empty salad plates and water glasses were on table but did nothing."

  • "This new restaurant should be well-known soon. It has an very interesting Mediterranean menu and the setting on the water is beautiful. The interior is nicely decorated for winter. Everything my husband and I tasted was delicious. The chef sent over some "extras" for us to try, in addition to what we'd ordered and all were terrific. Don't miss the beet salad, sweet potato soup, meatball appetizer, and special cheesecake with hazelnut gelato. The presentation was wonderful and the service was excellent: attentive and professional. We had a lovely evening and happily recommend this new restaurant to all!"

  • "My husband and I were expecting to go to good ole Marino's , but we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The wait staff was very attentive and courteous. The chef allowed us to substitute i.e. Fries instead of rabe. The place was empty as it seemed that it may have been literally the first week open; the name hadn't even changed yet. The food was excellent, but a little pricy. Marino's had pretty good food for a lot less money. I suppose that is the price you pay for quality. I would definitely come back, but due to the price it won't be on a weekly basis. Give it a try."
