"I hadn't been to the restaurant since it changed over from being "Waterfront" to "Aqua." Food and service are as excellent as ever. The restaurant is always my #1 pick when taking out-of-town guests for a quintessential Seattle experience."

"The restaurant was quite expensive and I expected better service. The waitress was not attentive. There were several times I had to wait, to ask for what I needed. The food was fantastic, the bread mediocre. I doubt I will return as there are many better restaurants, especially at these prices."

"My husband said his filet and lobster were the best he ever had! We had such a special birthday celebration for him. We ordered dessert and it came decorated with a Happy Birthday message drizzled in chocolate - and the dessert was complimentary! What a wonderful evening. Thanks."

"Fabulous is the only word to describe Aqua. The food is outstanding. A table by the window is wonderful--even on a rainy day! Service is attentive, but sometimes spotty. We stood at the check-in desk for 5 minutes before anyone came to greet us. All said, this is the place to go to have a special meal--watch the most fabulous sunsets and really feel that you've experienced something special."

"This is #1 of our four favorite restaurants. Everything is perfect, including the live piano music. We love their Happy Hour too. And eating out on the deck in Summer is the best place in town."

"Great service, but server was a bit spaced out. After we finished our appetizers, she came up to us and said…”so have you decided on what to order?” uhm ok. Started with the Roasted Marrow Bone and a dozen of Kusshi oysters. Unless you have a fetish for eating pure oil, skip the Roasted Marrow Bone. Kusshi oysters were delish, but $3.00 a pop. Ouch. For our main course, we shared the SEAFOOD BACCHANALIA.I would def order that entree again! I do have to mention that the valet service is spectacular. The valet guy waits inside the restaurant & when he sees guests leaving, he will run out & get your car before you make it outside. And even better....they leave you a cookie!"

"If you're looking for a good value, this is not your place. While the overall dining experience was good, for the price we paid, we expected better service. Our server was nice, but not very knowledgeable. There were so many entrees on the menu that he couldn't explain in much detail. It was not until after we ordered and half way through our meal that we realized there was a salad dish that the sou chef prepared right before your eyes using a fiery oil pan, which a couple next to us ordered. This was pretty cool, and we probably would have ordered it, but our server never told us about it. The view of the bay was nice, the restaurant is beautiful, and the food was good, but it was overpriced and the service was sub-par."
