We went for the sushi and was not disappointed w/ the freshness of the fish without having to leave the East Roswell area. Great service!I took my husband to Aqua Blue for his birthday. The food was amazing, and the service was excellent. The waiter made sure all of our requests were accommodated including my ask to remove one of the ingredients from our on the spot, hand rolled sushi. Aqua Blue offers great birthday discounts if you sign up ahead of time. Overall, we love this restaurant. We just wish it were closer to our home in Atlanta. One area of improvement is that I did note in my online reservation that it was my husband's birthday, so I was a little disappointed that we were seated next to a noisy bar. The waitress was wonderfully polite and humorous. But, when she came out with our dinner in her leprechaun costumes ,it was trully a well appreciated token of genuine laughter.
