We had to lean in and almost shout to each other to be hear. We were already eating when the music started so it was too late to move. When we walked in, we were warmly greeted, and when we shared our name and time of reservation, they recognized us and wished us a happy anniversary. The entire staff was warm and friendly and very attentive. I had flowers sent to the restaurant and they were waiting at our table when we arrived. Everybody went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. The food was excellent and the atmosphere is chic and charming. We have been a few times before and have appreciated how consistent it is! We have only had great experiences here. We are looking forward to going back soon. We have recommended to friends and family and will continue to do so. We went for the sushi and was not disappointed w/ the freshness of the fish without having to leave the East Roswell area. The food was very good however my tomato and mozzarella salad was slighly overdresed for my taste. I also had the grilled sea bass with brussel sprouts which was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Although the food was quite good, the service and ambiance I believe are the main areas for improvement. The host was abrupt, not very friendly and the server,although knowledgeable and courteous wasn't too warm or friendly either. The decor reminded me of what a cool restaurant would have been in the 80s in a Miami Vice episode. Great service!I took my husband to Aqua Blue for his birthday. The food was amazing, and the service was excellent. The waiter made sure all of our requests were accommodated including my ask to remove one of the ingredients from our on the spot, hand rolled sushi. Aqua Blue offers great birthday discounts if you sign up ahead of time. Overall, we love this restaurant. We just wish it were closer to our home in Atlanta. One area of improvement is that I did note in my online reservation that it was my husband's birthday, so I was a little disappointed that we were seated next to a noisy bar. The waitress was wonderfully polite and humorous. But, when she came out with our dinner in her leprechaun costumes ,it was trully a well appreciated token of genuine laughter.
