As a restaurant critic, I couldn't have been more pleased. We dined with our French friends who felt the same.
We arrived at 6:45pm, hoping to get a table in the garden, which we did. The service was excellent and food was absolutely delicious. And, for a French restaurant, I was surprised at the generous portions.
I live in the West Village. I will soon become a regular.
I highly recommend this restaurant.

It wass very nice to be reaquainted with such. The lunch was very nice. There were three in our party and we all were very pleased with what we had ordered. I had gotten the "Tuna Burger" which was just a few pieces of fresh grilled tuna on a wonderful roll. It was delicious. My only complaint was that the portion of the fish was relatively meager. A busy Friday night didn't seem like the best night to train a new waitress, but she shadowed an old pro who knew exactly how to play it off with style. Fresh salmon redolent with lemon and herbs, perfect. Roast demi poulet was as delicious as a moist, tender roast chicken could be. Their duck salad was a tumble of mesclun greens with the most delicious, light dressing and tasty duck chunks. Our mouths were very happy. We come regularly and the food and service are the reasons why.
