"Probably the best steamed lobster in Boston. Simpler is better here. Scrod is marvelous too. Beautiful seaside view, city lights in the distance. Has a resort feel. A little threadbare, but has rustic charm. We prefer it to the downtown location,"

"Had lunch here with a group. The view is beautiful and it's nice to punctuate a nice walk by the seashore with lunch at Anthony's. It's a little pricey and I find most of the food a bit bland and the clam chowder oversalted. But if you get a nice batch of pop-overs (which can be good but are inconsistent) the meal will be worthwhile. Without the location though, this is not such a good restaurant."

"My wife and I go out every Feb,15th to celebrate our Anniversary.This year it was out
Fifty third,and we decided to go to Anthony Pier 4 Cafe.It was about the seventh time.When we have special times,we go to Anthonys.
Everything was fantastic,the Waiters,and the Chef were excellent.
We will deffinately will be back."

"Outstanding. We haven't been there in years, but remember it being special, so figured for Valentine's Day, why not . We were right; it was excellent. Not sure why we haven't been there in so long, but that won't happen again. We had a table at the window in the room with the view looking across the ocean at the Boston skyline; very calming, scenic and romantic (you can ignore the Lynn Shore Drive traffic). Highly recommend the place. Food was excellent and plentiful; was forced to take home leftovers. I had the prime rib (one of the better ones in the area), and my wife had their crab cakes dinner (also delicious). Left room for dessert, of course. Had the dessert sampler; 6 mini pastries, all delicious. Service was also excellent."

"What a wonderful place right in our neighborhood, our first time there, for our 20th anniversary. The person who served us was cheerful, didn't pressure us, and was so pleasant and helpful the whole time. Loved the ocean view! And it was quiet enough for my wife and I to talk about the last 20 years together."

"This is a very expensive restaurant. Food was well prepared but pricing was too high. It was New Years Eve and they had a special menu. We do not see us going back with what they charged. Filet ran $55.00. We have had filet just as good at other places with a much more reasonable price."

"I eat at this restaurant and was a little disappointed - they had a special New Years Eve Menu even though I was told prior they would have their regular menu - prices went up substantially and we weren't given the best table even though reservations were made long in advance."

"It's the wide view of the ocean that first attracted us, plus the good seafood and pleasant service.

The waitress was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. We had a view of the ocean and the christmas tree.
It's easy to park, they'll help seniors in and out of the car. We asked for a table where our grandmother could park her walker and that worked out.

I had the seafood stew, it was as good as I'd remembered it, glad I had another opportunity to enjoy it. Serving popovers when they are warm is unique, a bit more personal and better than baskets of bread on the table. There was a good wine selection."
